My LP jeans pants brought from Abu dhabi Capital mall is damaged. I have washed it less than 10 times. Totally dissatisfied with the product. This is the first time happened like this. I have been using LP and Solly for 5 years.

      I had purchased one blazer online from Louis Philippe portal on 27th December 2021 vide Order no: 4091749.And returned it on 1st January 2021 with return id 3448289. The return pick up was accomplished by xpress bees who's tracking id is 69432..the product is received in the Louis Philippe warehouse Bangalore on 6th January 2021..since than I have sent at least 60 emails but hardly any headway is made. Initially company was responding thru emails. On 25th January 21 I received a phone call from Louis Philippe executive Mr. Mustak, who assured that you will get Refund with in 2 days. But there after I am getting no reply or response. Every day I am dropping emails. The Refund amount is Rupees 6800...please intervene.
      Facing same issue with Louis Philippe product refund.
      I am facing the same issue. Has your issue been resolved?

        I have purchased a T shirt for Rs. 1499/- on[protected] from your show room at Arina Shopping Complex, Vesu, Surat - 395007. Please note that this selected piece was under discount scheme and was priced at Rs. 999/- however the show room people have charged full price without giving any discount even though we have asked for the scheme. This is totally unfair practice adopted by the show room and against the customer's interest. We came to know about the same when we visited another show room for purchase of another product.
        Please let us know is this your policy and why a genuine customer will visit your show room purchase of any product.

        I am attaching herewith a copy of price tag attached with the purchased product and a copy of Bill as evidence of purchase made and higher price charged.

        I hope that you will take proper action and will intimate me.

          That I have good reputation in mind for and dreamed to have this Louis Phillips brand before purchasing the pair of shoes from Flipkart (INDIA) on 23.06.2020. After wearing this pair of shoes for second time, these shoes have been torn-out.
          Is this the quality of the product for which company is famous for?
          Shame on company part for manufacturing so much inferior products. I am a chartered accountant by profession and definitely suggest my colleagues and friends to not to have own Louis Phillips shoes.

          I am hereby annexing the Sale Invoice of Goods purchased that I am a genuine Louis Phillipe customer.

          I have already reported the issue on Flipkart (India)

          Please consider it seriously otherwise the reputation and sale of the company will be on the down side in future.

              It seems it was of raxine or something else.

                Dear team,

                Last week i went to shopping in whitefield forum value mall bangalore. Outside the showroom it was written buy 3 and get 3 free. So i have brought few shirts and pants.
                At first shop keeper was not giving the bill to me. The shop keeper says the server is down. When i saw the shirts, those shirts doesn't even costs rupees 3000/- plus amount. When i came home and opened the shirts there was price tags missing. I think theirs is something fishy going on.

                Kindly look into it.

We send this white shirt for quality check througt lp shop and they informed as due to over brushing this was accured. We are not using brushing and we are using only washing machine. Also we are using lg front loading washing machine. Also we are using arial liquid soap only. Till now i am not received reply from lp. Another shirt which i am using now that also colour is fading. Your product quality is poor. So kindly replace the same. Another one white shirt full hand colour is not fading and we are using till now. Your some of the half shirts quality issue is thete.                             I brought costlier louis philippe suit with in 2 usage of trouser i noticed serious pilling effect from the sitting area. I launched the complaint and its id no was 54118. To my surprise the genuine complaint is not taken to the consideration, and given lame excuse of washing. If washing is the issue why the pilling effect is not in other area.
                            Again i took the matter to customer complaint about my dissatisfaction on the test and given open challange to conduct the pilling test for the trouser on my cost from nutral body such as sitra (South indian textile reasearch association coimbatore) for my challange a responsible person asking all details for a week and informed me the matter is been closed referring my old complaint. This is very well evident customer care dept is not at all bothered of customer spending more money for buying and their pains nor the quality dept fully examine on the fault only in report they mentioned "comprehensive test conducted" totally un happy in product as well as service. As as textile person working in industry for 25 years i am very well confident on my complaint.

                              I have purchased 3 shirts and one T-shirt on 8th of August 2018.Of which one shirt and one T-shirt started to fade from the very first wash .I contacted the store to which they are saying, it is not our fault. What fault, I mean, I just wear the shirt or what, when other two shirts are fine, the fault is at product end. Why the hell should I buy expensive shirts and the brand belongs to a reputed company is selling fake products with poor quality.

                                This is to bring into your notice that i really had a bad experience with one of the louis phillippe product i. E shirt.
                                The product quality was really bad and it started fading as well torn automitically after first wash.
                                After i raised a complain to the store they got the shift for quality check after lots of fights and later on they replied irresponsibly saying product can't be returned/exchanged or anything can not be done with the product and they can't help. Thats very bad experience i had with the product as well as the service. Kindly look into it and provide help in any manner.

                                Product price : near to 2200 rs

                                Product is still at store as it is not good enough to use enough, investing money to buy branded cloth is to wear, not to waste money.

                                From a brand like you, i expect more than this behaviour. Irresponsible attitute helps any brand to take down and gets away from customers. Please provide the resolution on this.

                                  I’m member of louis philippe club, because i purchased close to ₹50k of formal wears each time from louis philippe outlet in palladium and r-city, mumbai. Yesterday being loyal customer i went to outlet in phoenix market city, kurla. The sales person in beard in the attached pictured straight away refused me on face, that they don’t have formal pants with waist size of 44 cm. I did mention to the sales guy that previously i have procured ready made pants of said waist size from louis philippe. He arrogantly said we don’t keep of that waist size. A colleague of sales guy did try to show me, but he scolded him by saying it’s not in stock i said once.

                                  I’m highly disappointed as i never expected sales personnel of brand like louis philippe behave like this. Hence i’m complaining about it. I’d request an action to be taken against this person or else my interest in louis philippe brand will be completely lost and i’ll share my i’ll experience with friends and colleagues.

                                    I bought a Mens belt by Louis Philippe site and the belt was delivered on time. But i returned and didnt accept it as it was a worng one and it has reached the Warehouse of the Louis Philippe which is acknowledege by their customer support team and also through my onlne account. I had requested for a refund it is almost 9 days that no refund was initiated inspite of many calls from my side. The customer service people are giving saying they are working on it. I urge all not to buy any more Louis Philippe Products online fro their site as they are not prepared to handle any returns nor any competency at customer service.

                                        I complained to LP customercare about my damaged shirt. I got a templated reply from cs exicutive who could not even spell my name correctly. I need to comply to their conditions for them to check my authenticity plus approach their outlet with original bill. Aditya Birla Group Quality has detorated very badly and their Customer Care Exicutives makes it more worse. My shirt is nearly one year old and all stiching near shoulder gone after two wash !!
                                        I bought 3 LP product But one of my pants color faded from the first wash itself. I bought its for Rs.1900/- . I am totally dissatisfied from this product. I have Many pants and shirts in this brand but its my first experience. Kindly replace this .

                                          I brought a louis philippe full sleeve casual shirt at pune store - bill date: 24/12/2017, bill no: 17001601, mrp: 2599 which i wore hardly for a couple of times and after it’s first wash itself, the color got distorted and spread over across the shirt. It was the first washing-machine wash, that too with a separate (Single shirt) wash. When i observed this issue, i brought it back to the store. After examining the shirt’s condition they asked me that it needed to be send to their bangalore manufacturing office for detail quality check and examination. Then they couriered it on 03/03/2018 with complaint id: 47628. After almost a week, i got manufactures response on that complaint saying it has been rejected due to improper handling of the product during usage/wash hence the product is sent back to you. I am not satisfied with this resolution and the quality of the product which got unusable after the first wash itself. I need the replacement of the faulty product which is being denied by the store.

                                              I bought 3 costly t shirts from a top store.
                                              But inspite of soaking and rinsing several times, the colours keep running and i can smell the chemicals on my hands. Just like local cheap products not like other good brands. The tollfree number on label does not exist! Either the brand is tricking customers or turning a blind eye to counterfeits. Never buy these products.
                                              Louis philips trouser color quality is very bad only after 2, 3 wash its white color from blue never purchase it aging ... bigest mistake i have done ... its say return it but its fake ..i think quakity is best but worst quality .. i will never buy or not suggest to take dnt waste your money friends very bad quality...

                                                Last year i purchased one leather jacket from your brand show room from patna. But it's unfortunate & disturbing too, that jacket is leaving its character, cracks is developed in some part. Which is highly objectionable from my side as a customer & offcource it is also for the brand value of lp. I did not expect from this company's product is like local one.
                                                Sorry to say regarding all this things but in my mind now lp needs to save his product value as well as costomer value. Thank you..

                                                  This is in reference to purchasing of shirts from louis philippe showroom at nehru ground, n. I. T faridabad.

                                                  There were scheme that a trolley bag will be given free on cost on purchase of 17000 rs. We have purchased shirts from there on november 20, 2017 and the bill was for 22000.

                                                  At that time bag was not available and they requested us that they will handover the bag later. However later when we have approached them to get our bag then they refused to handover and have mentioned that bag is already given at time of purchase. When we askedfor the receipt or proof then they declined that it is not available.

                                                  This is highly dissatisfied. We don't understand what exactly is the procedure to make sure that the things get done procedure. How can the services be so pathetic of such a brand.

                                                  Look into it urgently.

                                                    For the purpose of my brother marraige i have to buy atleast 10 shirt aling with me. I went to the exclusive shiwroom at main road ranchi. They offered for a shirt to try to check the size. The same was not fit again they offered another shirt which was of the size of my brother.
                                                    It is very shame to the company that the sales person told us that they will not unwrappe the shirt more than 3. However we have not even trial a single shirt for our purpose.
                                                    When i said that we are going to buy a good number of shurts and we need to try the shirt for fitting and look to check. They said you can try some other outlet.
                                                    Let me tel you sir this is very bad inpression of the brand. I am the frequent customer o[censored]rs brand.
                                                    Shame on the owner and the outlet for such a renowned name.

                                                      I have purchased a jeans on 30/11/2017 and have given for alteration... I have taken my jeans on 1/12/2017 as there given time after 8pm... It’s really shocking that they have not altered my jeans which i got to know in night after getting back to home... Tomorrow 9am i will be leaving lucknow for a marriage... It’s the worst thing i have ever faced...

                                                        I had purchased a premium shirt sub-branded/promoted as permapress (Colour:light pink) from louis phillip showroom on first floor, pacific mall, subhash nagar, new delhi, which was defective (The stitching from the pocket was not properly done) and it was reported twice to the store people including manager and they returned me the shirt after getting it altered from the in-house tailor but the alteration done was all the more astonishing. I am a customer of louis philippe for last 15 years however very disappointed by the services rendered. Kindly resolve this issue at the earliest.

                                                        I just want to replace this shirt and with this complaint i am attaching here photographs of the shirt which was altered by the in-house tailor.

                                                        I had purchase sky blue colour shoes a year before from pacific mall shubhash nagar delhi and use just for 10-15 days only but it’s colour fed now.

                                                          I purchased shirt from Louis Phillip VR Mall surat store worth rs 21000/- along with white shirt which was defective n when I return it to the store manager he was so rude n misbehaved with me n he just away from his responsibility.. N use word " u do whatever u can do "

                                                          I urge to everyone not to purchase any cloth from Louis Philippe VR Mall surat store
