Louis Philippe — White patches

I have purchased a trouser of louis philippe from db mall bhopal outlet in brown color but in just two months, its color started fading and after wash there are totally white color marks all over can be seen here in all the areas.
I have shopped earlier also from loiuis philippe but this is the first time i am facing problem and hope this will be replaced.
Kindly do the needfull in this regard.
