Dear Sir/Madam,

With reference to my compliant No.HAR18030006 dated 06.03.2018.

Please refer to my E-Mail dated 05 & 06.03.2018 on the above subject.

In this regard, it is to informed that, I was lunched compliant on 05.03.2018 against to louiswatches.com Mr.Sameer, Gurugram - 122052 and I have paid the amount of Rs.12, 000/- through my paytm account No.[protected] to the paytm account Nos.[protected] and [protected]. But, they have not sent/dispatched the watche till date i.e., 05.03.2018.

2. In this regard, I have received the Mobile calls three times on 07.03.2018 @12.12 PM, @12.34 PM & @12.58 PM the Mobile No.[protected] and they have stated that, I am from louiswatches, you are given the compliant and how much you have paid the amount I will be re-credited the amount of Rs.12, 000/- through to your credit/debit card and tell me you credit/debit No. So, immediately I had surprised how it is possible and I have given wrong no. Then they have told me this is wrong no you till your credit/debit correct no. Further, I told them how it is possible my credit/debit card no given to you it is re-credited to my account, otherwise you can refund the amount of Rs.12, 000/- through my paytm account. After that they had scolded me in (Hind Langue) and disconnected the mobile phone. They have cheating the peoples, please look into the matter as early as possible. The same issue already compliant was lunched through online against them.

3. Further, I have requested to you, the amount of Rs.12, 000/- may be refunded through to my paytm account No.[protected] account from them, and the legal action may be taken against them please.

It is to brought to the notice, I have ordered through online Mr.Sameer louiswatches.com (website screen shot copy enclosed) Gurugram - 122052 and I have paid the amount of Rs.11, 000/ on 21.12.2017 and Rs.1, 000/- on 22.12.2017 totalling to Rs.12, 000/- through my paytm account No.[protected] the payment details enclosed. But, they have not sent/dispatched the watche till date. All the correspondences made with Mr.Sameer louiswatches.com through WhatsApp messages are enclosed herewith for ready reference.

2. I was requested to them past one month and also till today 05.03.2018 to sent/dispatched the watche or refund the amount through to my paytm account No.[protected]. But, they have not able to sent/dispatched the watche and they have not ready to refund the amount.

3. Further, they have not mentioned their shop address or residential address. They have given payment options 1).COD (Cash On Delivery), 2).Online Bank transfer and 3).paytm payments and 30% Off for Online Bank transfer and paytm payments. But, they want to only paytm payments and they have not given their Bank Account No. and details. Further they have not accepted COD (Cash On Delivery) option, they have stated that, the option is closed (All evidences enclosed).

4. They are using Mobile Nos.[protected], [protected] & [protected] the Mobile Nos. always switched off when it is on they have not received the calls. But when they want to use the mobile, then they have used different SIM card/mobile Nos. This is their tricks and online fake business. Further, they have cheated the peoples and peoples have lunched the compliant enclosed herewith.

5. In view of the above, I have requested to you, the amount of Rs.12, 000/- may be refunded through to my paytm account No.[protected] account from them, and the legal action may be taken against them please.
