Lovely Professional University — I have not given dmc from university

Hello sir/mam,
My name is manpreet kaur and my father's name is malkeet singh. I gave my examination of mca letaral entry, i give my exam 5th in dec 2016 and 6th sem in june 2017 in december 2017 through distance education programme and my registeration no is [protected]. And my study centre was sbds institute, mandi killianwali, punjab. I cleared all my exams in first attempt. But till now i am unable to get my dmc and degree. I need it very urgently. When i am connect in institute, he did not any response, i say have not know. But when i call lpu university, then mam say that, i given the dmc your institute branch. Branch head mr. Rajan -[protected], he took the 5th dmc 5th april and 6th sem on 7 september 2017, but he did not give my dmc, so, i request you, kindly take required step on this harashment by institute.
