I have worked as a trainer at LPU from Aug 2018 - March 2023. Since i had to join govt institution which i had already informed to my senior. Now since i need to join the institution in Feb 2023, my senior(HOD) told me to take extension and take all the classes and complete his work for example his lecture and some time other works . I had taken extension on a verbal commitment and join the other institution late which effect my seniority .
This university is corrupted to the core, they have taken my signature on full and final settlement without even telling the truth . They have not given full salary at the time of COVID, i had suffered major losses due to this university at that time . University is not willing to pay my security and instead of calling directly, they use cheap tricks of WhatsApp calling when asked for the security.
There higher authority has no morals they only believe in looting the faculty by any means .

I am writing to complain about the stray dog menace, poor food quality, and water filter.

The biggest issue is the stray dog menace. 5-6 dogs have been roaming openly in the apartments, hostels, and university and have been biting students. There are almost 6 dogs alone in the apartment Recently,

Besides this, the quality of the food is not good

Pls look into the matter and pull up who soever is responsible.

Good afternoon.I want to say that this year i have given Lpunest and interview for Mba which both are qualified by me.But my father has not sufficient source of income to pay the fees .So that's why i want to take Sc scholarship . But the University has denied me to give the admission on this basis. Because they have pending fees of previous year which previous government hasn't paid .But now situation have Changed the new government has taken various steps for students education and will surely provide Scholarship payment..Please give us admission on sc basis because we haven't any other income source

I have completed my graduation from Sir C R Reddy college (Eluru, Andhra Pradesh, 534005), in AUGUST 2021.
I received mt provisional certificates but not my OD from my college/university.

I, later, in March 2022, applied for admission in LPU Online course ( M.Sc. Mathematics), and they had provided me provisional admission saying that my admission would get confirmed after submitting my OD ( so that they get assured of my eligibility for the course)

Now the first semester exams are approaching and they sent a mail regarding my pending document submission ( OD of graduation) that my provisional admission would be cancelled if I am unable to submit within 15days ( June 18 ) and I am yet to receive it from my previous university ( Adikavi Nanayya University, Rajamahendravaram, AndhraPradesh).

I am struct in this situation due to the university's delay in providing OD's to our students.

Please help me get through this issue.

Today was my exam through online mode. The screen shows one question at a time even in optional questions. You can not open the previous question to upload the answer once it is moved to next question. So there is no benefit for the questions with choice because you can't open the previous one if you move to the next. You just have the option to attempt the next one. So while i was clicking the snapshot of answer my wifi got disconnected because of sudden power cut but i have backup to use cellular internet but it take 2..3 seconds to connect and i see my exam exit automatically then it takes 5 seconds to reload to enter the exam again but it opened from the next question. So the question for which i was taking answers snapshot just got skipped and i even don't know the 2 picture out of 4 which i had taken pictures of got uploaded or not. It was not my fault for the power cut so all i want to say is the rules of online exam that "you can not go back to previous question once it is moved to the next" is questionable and not right.

Inhumane living conditions. Garbage spread throughout the hostels by many untamed dogs that roam more freely than the children. Three snakes found yet uncaught in the hostel. No active safety measures taken by staff. Very relaxed attitude towards students' safety.
Excuse of surrounding field area given in response to insect and reptile infestation, with no further steps or initiative taken to ensure safety.
Children left to fend for themselves their own safety and security.
Very disappointing and enraging behaviour from a top institute.
Also very lax behaviour towards recurring ac/cooler problems.

Dear sir i have completed msc zoology under registration number 11311648 in the lpu for the year 2015. I have send post to the record cell for the academic transcript verification that has reached to the university campus on 10th february 2018. I have to apply for the government services for that i need immediately verification of marks sheet. I have to show the verification o[censored]niversity before 20th march. I have contacted record cell, they gave me assurance that verification will be sending back within week but it is unfortunate that did not send back. My name is manpreet kaur and my father's name is malkeet singh. I gave my examination of mca letaral entry, i give my exam 5th in dec 2016 and 6th sem in june 2017 in december 2017 through distance education programme and my registeration no is [protected]. And my study centre was sbds institute, mandi killianwali, punjab. I cleared all my exams in first attempt. But till now i am unable to get my dmc and degree. I need it very urgently. When i am connect in institute, he did not any response, i say have not know. But when i call lpu university, then mam say that, i given the dmc your institute branch. Branch head mr. Rajan -[protected], he took the 5th dmc 5th april and 6th sem on 7 september 2017, but he did not give my dmc, so, i request you, kindly take required step on this harashment by institute.

Hi my registration Id is [protected]. Its been 4 months I've received my final year result except one subject DCAP207. I've called and emailed the concerned dept and they have only one answer "please be patient"

Its been 4 months and I cannot join any company because my result is still awaiting. Please resolve this matter as my career is at stake. The university took the fees on time and didn't provide books. Also the exam was conducted timely but we ate dying to get the final result.

Its been over 10 weeks and I haven't received anything from their side. They have my money And they are not even telling why it is getting delayed or why is it taking this much time not even any message regarding the delay has been issued. Please Help.

The role of LPU under RTI act shows that the higher education of India has been gripped into the hands of corporate family and they have started to mint money from education. They have converted it into lucrative business as a result the system of private university in the present circumstances has brought unskilled and unqualified students in the market.
The corrupted bureaucracy and greedy politicians has tarnished the main object...

This university attract students to get admission in their college on the basis of better placement opportunities but actually when time comes for placement they beforehand take different amount from each students belonging to different courses which ranges upto Rs.6000/- and then they force students to take extra classes other than their daily routines and make it compulsory for them to maintain 90% attendance. Those students who do not pay are not allowed to sit in placement drives.

I want to bring your kind notice to the state private universities that are looting innocent students with both hands and filling their coffer with money.
I filed an application under RTI Act to seek some information from Lovely Profession University distance education whose study center working all over India on dated[protected].
When LPU PIO failed to furnish information within stipulated time I wrote a complaint to State Information Commission Punjab.
State Information Commission after examining the documents placed on record it is found insufficient reply and ordered that PIO of office the Registrar Lovely Professional University Jalandhar to file her reply to the show cause issued to her vide orders dated[protected] before or on the next date of hearing.
On dated 12 May 2015 SICP show cause issued vide order dated[protected] for willful delay /denial in supplying the information. In this reply Lovely Professional University RPIO had many excuses to avoid furnish any answer of the RTI application.
Another false point in the reply that therefore, on receiving a copy of the original RTI request of the complaint addressed to the undersigned along with the order of the Hon’able Commission sent on 24 March 2015 in which LPU written that requisite information had been supplied to the complaint on[protected] and that was duly acknowledged by the complainant and he was satisfied with the same.
In fact LPU has not furnished any information to me till date. A number of people from Lovely Professional University followed me continuous to withdraw RTI application. They requested me to sign a letter if I do not sign the letter there will be a fine in the state information commissioner court to the LPU.
At last LPU authority got success to convince our NGO chairman and he assured me to sign the letter and he will get information within two or three days. To avoid mental harassment I signed on the letter on 15th April 2015 one day before the date of hearing in the SICP on this condition that they will provide me requisite information within time. Instead of provide information to me, on 13th May 2015 LPU supplied the letter signed by me to SICP that applicant is satisfied and got information. Sh. Chander Parkash SICP adjourned the case no 135 of 2015.
After some days, we filed two more application to seek same information from LPU. In the State Information commission Punjab, on hearing date 2 February 2016 in the court of Punjab State Information Commissioner Harinder Pal Singh Maan (case no 3088 of 2015) & SICP Yashbir Mahajan (case no 3815 of 2015), the LPU advocate presented same letter which they have signed in cheating from me that they have supplied the information to the applicant.

Actually Lovely Professional University did not furnish any answer to my any RTI application. Now question arises that why should LPU hide information what is there embezzlement in the record or why do they conceal all information. It shows that LPU has a big scam in education field and the government department MHRD UGC and higher education authority must investigate all the record of Lovely Professional University as soon as possible.
Punjab State Information Commissioner Chander Pakash, Harinder Pal Singh Maan and Yashbir Mahajan never asked once a time to Lovely Professional University’s advocate to bring same information which they have supplied to Shri Paul Sharma on behalf they got signature on the letter from him that he has received information. It shows that all information commissioners are helping LPU respondent to conceal information.
I request to you to investigate all records of Lovely Professional University to find transparency in the account and student detail. Is LPU working fairly to provide education to students as per law under UGC, MHRD and Society Act.

I am highly annoyed to bring to the notice that my daughter who is a student of MBA - HR & is in 4th Sem. She is perusing MBA HR with distance education from LPU Meerut. Her registration number is [protected]. What I bring to inform is that a HIGHLY CASUAL & HIGHLY NON SENSITIVE approach by concerned person of LPU, pl note that 4th Sem exams are taking place from 17th Dec. 2014, however books have not yet been received. I have taken up several times with LPU center at Meerut and also at Jalandhar. As per LPU, Jalandhar, books have been sent but as per LPU center Meerut, books sent are wrong. Books sent pertain to 1st Sem, but books for the 4th Sem has not been sent. I have wasted lot of time just to check about the books at both the place, but NO RESULT, highly un-professional approach. I wish that somebody should take up very strongly with the concerned person on this & revert with the reason. Also I am not getting any convincingly reply neither by mail & phone is not being picked up at LPU, Jalandhar... Pl urgently review and revert what should I do in this case, if it happens any one of you, how would you feel ... Pl revert.

Dear Madam/ Sir, I am pursuing Bachelor of Education at Lovely Professional University (LPU). I am a 38-years old engineer (by education)/ educator (by profession) - I have been an engineering-researcher for a few years and a Maths/Science teacher for many years. I am back in college to do my B.Ed., and plan to subsequently start a FREE school for abused/ orphaned/ socio-economically-disadvantaged children. I came to LPU on 16/08/14, and since that date until today (21/10/14), have faced innumerable challenges, discrimination, threats & psychologically-traumatic-experiences. I have collected evidence, and have made a detailed MS power-point presentation (which I showed to the Pro-Chancellor Mrs. Rashmi Mittal yesterday, but in vain). I am listing just a few points for your perusal: 1. Because of the laxity of staff (admissions, residential services, hostel-in-charges, division of student affairs etc.), I have missed more than 11-days’ worth of academic-attendance. At LPU 5% marks (in each subject) is allotted for attendance, and I am bound to lose out on the same due to their inefficiency/ unprofessional-behaviour/ problems in admissions & residential services/ fake problem-resolving process: they do not have a student body, they claim to address issues ONLY through an online Relationship Management System (RMS), which is basically an “eye-wash” as they openly adopt a ‘divide-and-rule’ policy, and effectively silence ANY & ALL REAL ISSUES that they do not want to / cannot solve (as it may be unprofitable or troublesome for them!): even at the cost of severe inconvenience, and sometimes life-long negative-effect on student(s)! Students are expelled/ “made”-to-leave (using subversive methods)/ troubled/ threatened-openly if they try to get together & represent common-problems (faced by thousands of students) of academic/ residential/ security/ student-affairs nature. For example, ‘LPU Prospectus-2014’ clearly states that its on-campus “Compulsory” laundry service (run by ‘London House’) will wash 120-clothes/month (for every student) at the rate of 2-lots/week; however in reality only washes 60 to 80-clothes/month at the rate of 1-lot/week to 1-lot/10-days. Several students have brought this to the attention of their wardens over last couple of years (the University has dozens of hostels, where about 10, 000 students live!), but have been plainly ignored or subversively-silenced, and when students question as a group, they are threatened with dire-consequences! 2. I had paid Rs.16500 out of Rs. 16500 towards tuition fee (i.e. TUITION FEE IN FULL), and Rs. 15000 out of Rs. 1, 32, 500 towards registration for hostel (i.e. HOSTEL FEE IN PART), and my online University Management System (UMS) account showed this correctly until recently. However, right after I indicated that I wanted to leave the hostel (without paying any additional amount) & become a day-scholar (due to numerous problems faced in the hostel: lack of cleanliness/ hygiene/ safety/ security/ staff-efficiency/ quality-laundry/ quality-food etc. and problems like poor-internet-connectivity, substandard-food-quality, high-cost-of-living, unprofessional-staff-attitude etc.), my UMS account has been tampered-with to incorrectly show that I have paid Rs. 5000 out of Rs. 16, 500 towards tuition fee and Rs. 26500 out of Rs. 1, 32, 500 towards residential fee (.e. BOTH TUITION & HOSTEL FEE ONLY IN PART). 3. I have regularly placed (20 total) RMS complaint/ suggestion/ feedback/ enquiry, addressing EVERY SINGLE ISSUE FACED on campus (from 22/08/14 to 20/10/14), but most of them remain unresolved till date! However, right in the middle-of my MTT: Mid-Term Tests (14/08/14 to 21/08/14), the accounts department repeatedly threatened me of blocking my attendance if I did not pay the balance fee (as explained before), even though I had already paid TUITION FEE IN FULL, & WANTED TO LEAVE HOSTEL (due to reasons explained before), and several other departments (infrastructure design, facilities, residential services, student affairs etc.) called me with the “excuse” of being willing to solve my issues immediately, in spite of my protest/request to them to wait till after my MTT. This has resulted in me failing to attend 3 out of 5 MTT, and not performing my best in the other 2 MTT! 4. We (students/ teachers/ workers) of LPU have repeatedly witnessed other students/ teachers/ workers of LPU being publicly warned-unnecessarily/ insulted/ threatened/ subversively-silenced for mistakes/ faults/ errors/ goof-ups committed by middle-level or senior-level management. For example, there are no procedure/ check-list/ supervision/ quality-control in ANY 10-FLOORED HOSTELS & STAFF-APARTMENTS, but when staff/ students complain of lack of hygiene or cleanliness, the workers get scolded mercilessly for no fault of theirs (they are after all poorly-paid-unskilled-workers who are given primitive/ outdated/ useless/ ineffective tools for cleaning modern, international-style multi-storeyed buildings)! This combined with lack of eco-friendliness/ conservation/ moderation/ civic-sense in the use of resources on-campus is plain depressing! I have evidence (photographs, videos, signed-petitions & interviews). I have tried placing some of them in front of the Pro-Chancellor, but her response was shockingly-indifferent: she claims that this is how all institutions work, and as a student I should not “mind” such things! How do I proceed with this case so that I get full justice from the University, and also make sure it doesn’t recur in future? Can I place similar complaints with UGC/ MHRD/ PMO? I am writing this letter to bring your attention that I am not at all satisfied with the co-operation and services provided from the University. I would like to inform you that we had received a center sharing cheque ( chq no- 789533 PNB ) around 15 days ago a amount of Rs. 2700/- . We are very surprises to find that that a renowned University has insufficient balance in their account that minimum amount of 2, 700/- gets bounced twice. As we had discussed in the initial agreement that there will be no other study center within the range of 5 kms. But still the University had issued other center too. And they have also mentioned that we will be receiving center sharing every months, but this is also not done as per your commitment and moreover whenever we receive amount it gets bounced. So, Is this how your University works? It seems to be a fraud University. So I would like to inform you to help us to cancel our study center registration and refund our amount deposited at time agreement as soon as possible. they had already committed us that the deposit would be refunded after completion of 1 year but still the same has not been done. So there is no space for trust left. Please help us to get the refund deposited amount of 1, 50, 000/- as early as possible. We had mailed them several times regarding our issue. Lovely Professional University (LPU) MURDER Case: Mizoram Student Killed by group of Sudanese and a Tanzanian student

Three Mizoram students were killed by a group of Sudanese students in Lovely Professional University. The scuffle took place on Tuesday night over some trivial issue during a football match between Mizo and Sudanese students. The eye witness are of more than 50 students but the management doesn,t take any action...

I would like to inform the injustice done LPU,Phagwara. They expelled many students due to the strike in their university and i was expelled on the grounds that i gave my views on television against the university. They gave me an option to go to other university or to file a case against them and being financially restricted i had to take the prior option for which they promised help as well but later they refused by saying that admissions...

We purchase around 20 Data card for our University use, One data card had problem, it was in M.P that time, vendor said bring back we will change it in hours, we bring back, after lot of calls and complaints Mr Vipan Gupta from Ludhiana send one person, and said that we will change it within 2-3 days, but till time there is no response, and our contact Mr Vipan never pic the phone, moreover we are receiving excess billing, our plan was decided Rs. 700/- unlimited, but we are receiving billing more then 2000.00 what a silly process in Reliance really not expecting from Reliance like company. This is happening with us who are already customer of Reliance with 14mbps link of Internet Bandwidth.

And we are going to disconnect all connection due to bad service of Reliance.
