Lovely Professional University — Refund not yet received

My registration no. is 11612396. My name is Rajit Mistry I had initially took admission in Lovely professional university and they said that if I apply for refund it will be provided within 8 weeks at my door steps through cheque .
Its been over 10 weeks and I haven't received anything from their side. They have my money And they are not even telling why it is getting delayed or why is it taking this much time not even any message regarding the delay has been issued. Please Help.
