I ordered Cadbury Celebrations Dry Fruit Collection on my sister's wedding anniversary on 11th of April and my order number is LW239119.

I was selecting Cadbury Celebrations Dry Fruit which was showing 725 INR and no information on weight. Hence, I started the chat and the rep confirmed that it is of 120 GMS. I simply said that I am not interested and at the same moment I got a call from their side and the rep said...the guy with whom I was chatting gave me wrong information and it of 170 GMS something. On that I still said that it is costly and he offered 50 INR discount and I agreed and placed the order. However, these fraudsters still delivered 120 GMS which actualls costs just 250 INR and one Cadbury Silk of 60 INR.

I was angry and contacted the customer service and after argument of 20 - 30 mins, they promised that they will send two more cadbury silks withing 2 - 3 days. Today is 17th of April and they have not sent anything and when I contacted the customer service, they are rude, not ready to listen and asking me to email details again. I asked them to call me and they are like "We have other things to do as well." These MFs are scammers and fraudsters...I dont care about 120 INR Silk; however, it is about the commitment and service. I dont want my money to be stolen my such scumbags...[censored]TTTY LOVENWISHES...[censored]Y SERVICE...Never Ever use this www.lovenwishes.com

they re big time FRAUDS...just google about their reviews once before ordering anything and you will surely save your money !!!
