Dear team,

This is to inform that i could not redeem my points from payback account through mobikwik however i have entered more than 3 times pin but its not showing my account why i don’t know???
Also is tied up with my register phone number ([protected]) and its not fixing it. First of all it stupid system and it will get elapsed. I think by this way company is getting money from partners and it will not go to customer they make money out of it. That is the reason why they are sending expiring points notification. If you ask them they will say if you log into the account you will be able to see information about elapsed points. Mostly customer will not check frequently and they make money out of it and they wont allow the customer login into the accounts.

I'm still having the concern and the solution which we have proposed is not at all best possible solution from your end. Looking for your response on this, please. Help me with some sort of assistance in reducing cost at least as i cannot wait longer. I have been communicating the same thing to you from the day one that the product is not tempered by anyone. It is a product quality issue. I have been even informed that there will be another engineer coming for the inspection but this has still not done.

I'm happy to escalate it. Can you help with the concern team contact details at least? I'm not getting any proper response from your team.. There are so much of ambiguity in conversation. As stated earlier i have never faced any issues with my other payback product. You should be understanding my concern and should be helping me instead of sending the same emails all the time. I'm fade up with the same response all time. What is the best possible solution according to payback management. Can you please share that in email. Please do not add any unnecessary statements in it as i know you do not value your customer. I just don't want to talk about payback anymore.

*it's a totally miss managed service that payback is giving services also totally unsatisfied with the service. I should say these organizations are charging money on a regular basis for not giving any facility, they are not cooperative. The charges for every damn thing and they are cheating the employees, organizations because they don"t think about the customer and they, are only worried about their quarterly profit.*

I m still suffering to get the resolution on this. On payback side, they
Are providing me daily a new resolution date and ultimately failed to get
Me any information on this. Now it’s a peak of testing my patience level.

In the end, just requesting you to please expedite my concern so that i can
Get some sort of respite.

*my complaints against payback team:*
1. Failed to deliver the product within the committed time while placing
The order.
2. Lack of service even after getting 100% money from the customer.
3. The customer was treated in an arrogant way by payback executives.

If you don't want to provide us simple services n resolution then don't be in market claiming the same

I want resolution of this query asap. I don't understand that how can you guys say that my case is resolved and points has been credited without even crediting the points. I have to chase you guys every time for my points. I don’t know what kind of pathetic people are working in your company.

Please escalated this matter to concern department and as soon as possible refund my money as a goodwill gesture and com also nothing more else.

No one can take action on same. Please escalated this matter to concern department and as soon as possible call back my number before 1pm.
