    This is regard to Service Request No. 25800141. I have maild several times. Thre is no proper resolution for the issue. Amount has been deducted from my bank, but not paid to the merchant site(Bharat gas) for the consumer account no [protected].

      Complaint number SR#25532279, received a not working product, i raised a complaint the product was taken back and after 21 days and multiple followups received a used product which was not working again, now they have raised a new complaint number SR#25619026, no responsible answer they just keep saying we will resolve, frustrating, dont trust this company, they are cheating

            My money of Rs 10000 is deducted from my bank account but transaction failed in payback . Money not yet reverted in my bank account . Already complain so much time to customer care,
            But getting no solution.

              Dear Sir, Sorry for writing you so late. I have an account with your Powai Branch. Account Number 0020XXXX13205

              I had encased 8000 points of my PAYBACK points sometime in December 2019. As I remember the vouchers were received immediately and the last date to use was December 2019.

              But anyway the Brand Factory shops were closed or probably even now may not be working fully, being in a Mall. I was not able to use the coupons but my PAYBACK points are already debited.

              I talked to one of the online Service Agents/ Officers again some 2 3 months ago and I was told to write to ICICI Wealth Management and he said Bank will sort out the matter. But the matter is unresolved. Iam feeling CHEATED.

                  I have ordered an item ifb microwave oven on saturday and the same is still not showing approved or processed status. Could you please advise reason for the delay. The catalog was showing that it would be delivered in 4 to 5 working days.

                  I have called your customer care today, and they are telling me that the item will take 30 days to get delivered.

                  At time of placing order, your app was showing 4-5 business days.
                  When i wrote to you in email below, you have communicated it will take 10 days.
                  Today when i spoke to your call center, they are saying 30 days.

                  How can you provide such wrong and inconsistent information to customer?

                  If you are unable to meet the timelines mentioned in your app, can you please cancel the order and refund the points back to me?

                  Please also do not publish blatant lies and wrong delivery timelines in your app and in your responses to customers.

                  When i am sending escalation emails, they are responding even without reading the query.

                    Also is tied up with my register phone number ([protected]) and its not fixing it. First of all it stupid system and it will get elapsed. I think by this way company is getting money from partners and it will not go to customer...

                    1. I have been asking to merge my two cards since very long, after i have put my request they said it will take two working days to resolve but it's still not resolved and

                    2. As it has premium call service to call their customer care i have put lot of money to call them since then but they simply just put my call hold and then cut the call

                    3. If you don't want to provide us simple services n resolution then don't be in market claiming the same

                      On 12th september 2019, i got a call from [protected], saying that the payback reward points has expired and has been redeemed into cash rs.23900. They need a credit card to pay the credit card bill amount redeemed from the points. Roshan (Emp id - 336054), bariya (336049) and mohit dubey (336024). They took all my details and debited 23900 from my credit card. They even provided head office address 4th floor, 909, raheja centre, nariman point. Mumbai 21. Payback is a fraud.

                            I am facing an issue with my payback number [protected]. Points credited from icici bank are not getting reflected in my payback account number.
                            I have already confirmed with icici representatives and the points are transferred to the payback account number but the payback site is not showing the updated points.
                            There is some issue at payback site or backend regarding the credit card number linked to the payback account number. Please verify the same at your end as from past 1.5 years the points are not updated in payback and i am unable to redeem the same.

                            Please don't ask me to confirm with icici representatives because i have already done my bit, now you have to check at your end.

                              An incorrect product description amounts to cheating. Escalated the complaint to the floor supervisor again.

                                Please find the mail which I have written today against Payback reward & programme company. Please do the needful.

                                Hi All,
                                I am really astonished that how come you people are so unprofessional & make mockery of common people.
                                From last 3 months I am talking & requesting to your team to merge all my accounts of payback to one account but every day you come up with a new story.
                                Is it my responsibility to update my profile at your back-end team.
                                On 10th of November again tirelessly I called your customer care team and asked about why my credit card account was not linked to my primary account of Big Bazaar, the guy informed me that my credit card profile is not updated for which they are unable to link the account, for which again with due patience he again taken a request to update my profile with the SR no 17851844. and said me within 7 days the things will get done and I will receive a confirmation mail or SMS.
                                Now yesterday I again called your customer care to know the fate of the SR of 10 November, since no mail or SMS was received by me from your end. I have called your customer care &
                                To my dismay and surprise the guy was telling me that my phone no is not updated in my profile & I require to make a request again, I asked for a senior to talk on the matter & some Mr. Khan had joined the call and after naretted by me the whole incident to him from last 3 months, he said me the needful will be done and the account will be linked, and further he said that by today noon he will call me and will update on the completion of the job.
                                But again what to say the height of the comedy & unprofessionalism, a gentleman called me at around 2.30 pm approximately, speaking in a south Indian accent said me sir ur phone no got updated, then when I asked him what about the linkage of my accounts, he was telling me that since my email ID is not updated in that credit card account so it cannot be marged or linked, so firstly I have to give a service request to update my email ID in the credit card linked account of payback then they will be able to do the needful.
                                Now I lost my patience and busted on him, he sniffed by telling me that they will again review my previous service request and some senior will call me. And now I am getting this mail. The few questions arises here are -
                                1) what actually was done with the service request of 10th November.?
                                2) if my profile had been updated from back-end then why yesterday it was conveyed that my cell no is not showing in that account and for which they are unable to do the needful, and again requested to wait till today noon.
                                3) Finally again the gentleman who confirmed me that the cell no is updated but my email ID is not, what it means?

                                Please clarify all this above mentioned queries, and why shall I not level your company as a fraud & 420. Further why shall I not consider legel action against your organization, since I have to bear loss because of your inefficiency in service and delaying of 3 months and till date not closed.
                                Now finally let me know what new story you people will cropt up-to link my all three accounts together.

                                  Please got mail from payback for policy which i did buy on 14th october. Yet waiting for policy number but none are answerable either pay back or icici prudential. Could you please give me suggestions? I have proof of payment for policy from icici prudential and my bank but none is answering.                                     Me and my family members were transacting through mobikwik with our payback nos. Regd. At mobikwik site which meant whenever a transaction was done points would be credited automatically but payback hardly credited only negligible points and unnecessarily emphasises that complaint had to be lodged after 60 days and before 90 days of transaction. I don't understand why should one complain if the payback no. Is regd. At mobikwik site-this is an unnecessary excuse of payback for not giving credits to customers - hardly 2 points (=0.50p) were earned per hundred spent at mobikwik earlier and now they have made it 1 point per rs.300 of transaction value (Which means 0.25p per rs.300 spent). Can anybody follow up for such meagre amounts with payback and check the account statement by logging in everytime - they don't even send payback points statements anytime which they used to send in the beginning of 2017-that used to help us check the points atleast apparently.
                                    Kindly follow up with payback to credit upto date payback loyalty points for mobikwik transactions-payback has credited a meagre 305 points instead of accrued 2086 points on account of mobikwik transactions

                                      I could find in most of our known related accounts that payback is no longer loyal to its customers and points which should be automatically credited are hardly credited and no periodical statements are sent to customers even to regd. E mail addresses. For petty benefits nobody has the time to check the points for each and every transaction and why should one do it if he/she enters the payback card no.?
                                      Lots of discrepancies in points are showing long and payback wants us to report within 60 days or else we lose. I fail to understand why points are not credited automatically when all details are submitted at the time of transactions at mobikwik, book my show, e bay, mmt, etc.-i had to always follow up with them but where the transactions were huge amounts and i did not find to check i lost-i fail to understand the reason when i had done all that was required. If they cannot provide points automatically they should close down instead of demanding from customers.
                                      Even the offers at partner site differ from theirs and people working for payback are not willing to submit pdf statements if customer requires.

                                      Is it feasible to check points for each transaction ?it is the duty of Payback to credit points automatically when everything was in order.

                                      Payback not ready to credit points for Book My show for 7 out of 9 transactions although followed up since last 20 days -how can they deny credit of points when Payback no. was entered everytime at the time of bookings
