Please find the mail which I have written today against Payback reward & programme company. Please do the needful.
I am really astonished that how come you people are so unprofessional & make mockery of common people.
From last 3 months I am talking & requesting to your team to merge all my accounts of payback to one account but every day you come up with a new story.
Is it my responsibility to update my profile at your back-end team.
On 10th of November again tirelessly I called your customer care team and asked about why my credit card account was not linked to my primary account of Big Bazaar
, the guy informed me that my credit card profile is not updated for which they are unable to link the account, for which again with due patience he again taken a request to update my profile with the SR no 17851844. and said me within 7 days the things will get done and I will receive a confirmation mail or SMS.
Now yesterday I again called your customer care to know the fate of the SR of 10 November, since no mail or SMS was received by me from your end. I have called your customer care &
To my dismay and surprise the guy was telling me that my phone no is not updated in my profile & I require to make a request again, I asked for a senior to talk on the matter & some Mr. Khan had joined the call and after naretted by me the whole incident to him from last 3 months, he said me the needful will be done and the account will be linked, and further he said that by today noon he will call me and will update on the completion of the job.
But again what to say the height of the comedy & unprofessionalism, a gentleman called me at around 2.30 pm approximately, speaking in a south Indian accent said me sir ur phone no got updated, then when I asked him what about the linkage of my accounts, he was telling me that since my email ID is not updated in that credit card account so it cannot be marged or linked, so firstly I have to give a service request to update my email ID in the credit card linked account of payback then they will be able to do the needful.
Now I lost my patience and busted on him, he sniffed by telling me that they will again review my previous service request and some senior will call me. And now I am getting this mail. The few questions arises here are -
1) what actually was done with the service request of 10th November.?
2) if my profile had been updated from back-end then why yesterday it was conveyed that my cell no is not showing in that account and for which they are unable to do the needful, and again requested to wait till today noon.
3) Finally again the gentleman who confirmed me that the cell no is updated but my email ID is not, what it means?
Please clarify all this above mentioned queries, and why shall I not level your company as a fraud & 420. Further why shall I not consider legel action against your organization, since I have to bear loss because of your inefficiency in service and delaying of 3 months and till date not closed.
Now finally let me know what new story you people will cropt up-to link my all three accounts together.
