Me and my family members were transacting through mobikwik with our payback nos. Regd. At mobikwik site which meant whenever a transaction was done points would be credited automatically but payback hardly credited only negligible points and unnecessarily emphasises that complaint had to be lodged after 60 days and before 90 days of transaction. I don't understand why should one complain if the payback no. Is regd. At mobikwik site-this is an unnecessary excuse of payback for not giving credits to customers - hardly 2 points (=0.50p) were earned per hundred spent at mobikwik earlier and now they have made it 1 point per rs.300 of transaction value (Which means 0.25p per rs.300 spent). Can anybody follow up for such meagre amounts with payback and check the account statement by logging in everytime - they don't even send payback points statements anytime which they used to send in the beginning of 2017-that used to help us check the points atleast apparently.
Kindly follow up with payback to credit upto date payback loyalty points for mobikwik transactions-payback has credited a meagre 305 points instead of accrued 2086 points on account of mobikwik transactions

Updated by Kannuu I tried to write back to payback but they have blocked all our e mails from the different registered e mail addresses for the 6 accounts

Updated by Kannuu Lots of points lost still today and nothing done by the company inspire of complaining to you-my Time was wasted with hardly any results-both mobikwik and payback have cheated on many occasions
