The parcel is held up at IGI TMO New DELHI for more than 3days.

Address:Edakkozhisseri House, Vazhayur P.O, Malappuram, Kerala 673633

Dear Sir,
I had ordered a SD card using Max get more points and it was not delivered
Ref no: CABG/MX/1945722. I had complained regarding the same but no action was taken. Further when I called it was told that the product was lost during delivery. The order was placed on 15 Aug 2016. Please return the amount paid or else give the product. Furthermore improve your customer support please.
