LPG Cylinder — Gas surrender not delivered at home

i am Brajesh Kumar my consumer no 39836 .
and i am not receiveing the lpg cylinder for cooking delivered to my house.
i have to collect it from the M S SARASWATI GAS SERVICE Godown always.

Please do the needful to arrange better service to the customers.
