That my client had regular repayment of loan through your collecting agent m/s. Sakthi agency
That the collecting agency asked my client, the rc book original, in order to have scan the rc book. Under the belief and trust, my client had submitted his original rc book, the agency orally accepted to return rc book after scanning the book
My client, asked your collecting agency to return the rc book, which there is no response from them
My client had approached your office and explained in detail, and you asked to pay the due amount. My client had made arrangement to pay the balance loan amount, and when he had approached with loan amount, and asked the original rc book
You have not shown any positive sign to return the original rc book. My client, had approached number of time and you have vehemently turn down to return the original rc book

I was taken personal loan from l&t. Due to some personal problem my bank account was closed but still i am getting ecs confirmation sms from your company. I am unable to pay my installments through ecs. Kindly do the needful for the same and cancel ecs of my personal loan account 2787236.
Please do the needful i will not pay ecs bouncing charges and overdue charges to your company..

I was paid my all installment of rupee 5163 of six installment. But still one extra installment amount deducted from my bank account.
I visited your barah khamba road branch.
And told them my problem in detail.
And they ask me for my bank related document for the purpose for refund the money.
And i submitted all relevant documents on 7th of november 2017. And they ask me for wanting for 10days.
Now today i contact your office person and ask for refund the money.
But they told me that they forget my case and ask me for send relevant documents again and ask for wait for another 10days..
Since i really need my money back because o[censored]rgent require.
So please look into my problem and try to solve it as soon as possible

Dear sir,
With reference to above subject, we are in continuous follow up with your branch for remitting our rent, but there is no response till now.

Mr suraj ([protected]@ltfs.com) confirmed in oct 17 that your complete rent will be paid in the month of nov17 along with that months rent, but that too not received till now.

This is very much surprising that a reputed company of yours l & t financial services is unable to pay rent from past 11 months after a lot of follow up also.

Respected sir/madam,,,, this is ather ahmed#49, ews 9th cross 1st rajiv nagar mysore, i had a loan in p&t mysore branch, my agreement no3173425 my date was 5/5/2017 and i requested to loan officer for the 10th date so they said ok sir we will make at 10th date for payment from my account not took payment than i pay for loan officers of mysore branch from them not payed any amount then calling from branch asking payment i said i payed with yur bank people's they saying okay sir we will contact and 1 month payment from my side i delayed but i said this month i will clear then from bank people's calls and tll as any like owner of l&t finance i[censored] not give full payment today we will send u letter which cost of 2500 u have to pay and today i got letter in post which as charges late payment charges 1123 cheque bounce 700 which as not made by my mistake it was from yur bank plzzz i request u to take my request serious on my matter to this

I was issued a loan for a two wheeler in the year 2014 against which emi period started from 05.09.2014 (Rs. 2223/- for 24 months).
But due to some technical fault from your end emi could not be deducted from my account and against which i had to bear the pain of paying the emi in cash for 21 months consecutively starting from 05.09.2014 at your beck and call. However for the first 3 months emi was deducted from my account through cheque.

Now as the emi has been fully paid, i have applied for a noc to be issued against the closure of the loan.

But i am really surprised to hear from your office that i had to pay a penalty charge against the interest and cheque bounced charges for those 11 months which i had already paid in cash due to the technical fault from your end.

I now want a clarification from your end that why i have to pay the penalty due to no fault of mine.

I received a call from one o[censored]r customer care executive a girl.. She told me their a transaction problem so please deposit to nearby branch, i said ok she send me the address and contact no. Of person from that branch. But that person doesnt pick phone my, i was unaware of the address location so i called her back she saif wait i will call him then she will reply me then i didnt get any call from her side... After 1 day she called and talking in very rudely manner. And misbehaved.. Please give tranning to ur executive properly how to talk... She is a girl and i dont want to argue so i cut the phone.. Thats all. Thank you

I have nodded the auction on 30th October and won the auction for the price of 39600 for Mahindra 575 Boomiputhra registration no is TS01 UA 6753. So the problem is after winning the auction employee from L&T finance Recovery manager from Nizamabad Mr .Rajashekar has saying that the vehicle has been sold for some one for the price of 33000 auctioned on 31st October . May I know the reason behind this why you were allocated the vehicle for another person which is lesser than our price .. please kindly provide me the details ..

Your agent behaviours r so bad... My this month payment is due.. Therefore they call me up one time.. Then he call my refarence number... And he spoke to blender to my name... Then i call me up.. And he talk to me with slage language... His no is[protected] is name supari killer by true caller...

I have opted for the two-wheeler loan from l&t finance in the month of august 2017.

This is to inform that am getting calls from the l&t people and asking for the monthly payment even though i have opted for ecs and still i have amount in my account which is not debited from their end.

From their end am getting calls as if i have not paid the due and the persons who are calling they are talking in a bad manner and they are asking to make the payment in cash at l&t office.

To make payment through cash why should i opt for ecs?

I have called the l & t finance customer care on 3rd oct and the person who spoke with me have confirmed that ecs is activated and my due date is on 05th oct.

Again i called customer care 20/10/2017 that time another person with name wassim have said like there is no ecs activated and he has taken the complaint for the same.

Again today one more person has called and he is saying that how can we take the amount from your bank account? And is response is also not professional.

I am kathiresan from namakkal. I bought a auto loan no:kgb127049r[protected] from your concern. From the beginning itself your salem branch team did not respond my ecs process. Regarding that i went to salem branch many times in person. I received a mail on 10.9.2015 from k. Ganesh for the rejected reason only. After that i went to salem branch and i gave cheques for further instalments. But your officials never presented the due cheques in time regularly till date.in the mean time i closed my od account and i informed this matter to the branch not to present the cheque for due and i told them that i will pay the due amount by cash. They agreed for that but they still presented the cheque in the bank and got rejected. Thats the only cheque got return by bank for the above reason. You can check my track record from your side. After that i gave 12 cheque leaves to your officials and told them to present the cheque on the due date exactly but they didn't present the cheque properly in due date. When i asked them the reason for not presenting cheques in time, they replied that "all those cheques have been sent to head office not in our custody". Last three dues cheque have presented improper date by you only after my tele call to your customer care. Current month due also not cleared till date after my communication to your customercare, because of this type of transactions my cibil score getting affected very poorly, and i couldn't move any of my financial needs with other institutions. Kindly look into this matter very seriously and revert me at the earliest with exact clarification. I pleased to request you to present my remaining due cheques in time.

I have purchased access 125 on august 2017 taken loan for 12 months but in the showroom your l&t executive told me its advance emi but the in the welcome its showing 12 emi as per the discussion i made payment 1 emi to the dealer but in the welcome it has show 11 emi need clarity on this

I got two wheeler loan from l&t finance for buying passion xpro on july 2015. I have paid my installments correctly on all the months, but one or two months alone due to the company's system faults they didn't deduct the amount on time from my account. So they sent some representatives to collect the amount, that amount also i paid without any delay. But now they are saying that there is some pending penalty amount which i need to pay for my noc.
The penalty is for their mistakes which i need to pay, this is completely ridiculous and feeling very bad.

I never applied for loan from the company family credit private limited, which is now merged with l&t finance. But in my cibil report there is a two wheeler loan from family credit. It is affecting my cibil score and my applications for loan and credit cards are getting rejected due to this. I contacted the company a month back and waited for them to resolve this dispute. But they are not taking any action.

Please let me when it will be reflect as closed in the cibil report and when will i get the noc in my mail address.

I had raised the complaint initailly and they said it will be done soon but it is still not yet solved.

When i paid the remaining amount they said raise complaint it will done within 2 weeks of time but nothing happened and i have sent the cibil report attached where it is shown as opened.

Please try to resolve soon possible.
