I have ordered logitech c270 hd webcam, 720p/30fps on 15.06.2020
(Invoice copy enclosed). But i have not received any consignment till
Date.in his regard i requested to concerned firm to send my item at the earliest or cancel my order and refund the full amount by sending mails. But till date neither i received any product nor refund amount.in this connection i am trying to call the customer care number several times and sending several mails, but nobody can attend my phone call/give reply to my mails. Please do needful in this regard please.

I had placed a pre-paid order for 2 canon ink cartridge black wide order number[protected] on[protected]. Till date, the order has not been delivered even as more than two months have elapsed. The only response to my e-mails in this regard is a standard pre-set message.

Placed order with lt online store for
Sony 1.5m micro usb fast mobile charging cable, black on date 19.06.2020 & till date i haven't received my order. Meanwhile they informed by e-mail regarding shipping of other order by dtdc courier along with tracking number however, dtdc website shows it as invalid when tried to track.
Till date nobody responds when called to their customer care numbers. Either numbers are always busy or nobody picks up call when connected. Even i didn't received satifactory reply to complaint made through e-mail. Extremely pathetic services & seems like it is online fraud website.

Hi, I had ordered a logitech head set on 6. 07. 2020, on LT online store. The order is still in processing stage (date 17.07.2020). I tried calling them but no response from that side. I have mailed them atleast about 5 times but they only respond by same automated message. Now I want to cancel the order and want my money back. I have sent mail regarding the same to them and received message that order is processing. I request my money to be refunded. They have mentioned in their site that if there is delay of more than 10days, the will refund the full amount.

I ordered for 3 hdmi cables from Lt online on 30 June but they delivered a package of 1 hdmi cable. I tried many times via phone and email but no response from the company. Also attaching bill of the order.

I have placed an order for Logitech C922 webcam and a mouse, both adding to Rs.8684 plus Rs.778, close to Rs.10, 000 on 1st May. After many many mails and unanswered calls or busy call, I have no news whatsoever. If anyone has any connect please let me know

My order according to order no. #[protected] on date 30 June 2020 HP H100 Gaming head set with mic.I am continuously taking follow on mail but very irresponsible people are there nobody serious about service .After taking advance payment they failing to deliver the booked item .Second thing this is very horrible approach NOBODY is pick the below mentioned phone . If co is not able the deliver the good after 17 days then there is not any rights to take advance amount . this way its creates big intention on co's credibility, Nighter refund nor deliver is worst things of co. if this will not solve in next 2/3 days then i have to take legal action .
these following no.NOBODY pick up I have log history of last 16 days.

1. I had placed my order for a web camera on LT Online Store vide my order #[protected] on May 30.

2. Despite end of lockdown and resumption of all essential services including courier services, my order has not yet been despatched.

3. Further, I have send numerous emails to the store ( [protected]@ltonlinestore.in ) as well as the Maharashtra ( [protected]@nic.in )and Mumbai ( [protected]@nic.in )consumer forums but no reply has been recd till date from the store or the consumer forums.

Made an order of amount 254.88 rs on ltonlinestore on 30th june 2020. It's been more than two weeks there's no update of my order, none of the contact numbers they've provided are picked up. They're not even responding to the emails.

And i've noticed that i'm not the only one. Alot of people have been fooled.

Since they except only prepaid payments it's very obvious that they're frauds

I have ordered wacom one touch from lt online store on 16 june 2020. The order is not received yet and received mail stating that refunded on 15 july 2020. The amount is not received still.

I have places the order at lt online on 25th may 2020 and paid rs 1, 760.56/- including gst, invoice number "[protected]" for item hp 803 ink cartridge, combo pack. Order number #[protected], post order no staus at wedsite and no response for multiple calls and emails.

Its almost 3 months there is no response, company is doing fraud to customers, it must be banned, they still taking orders and not delivering. Don't know why govt is not aware of this after so many complaints in the internet.

I have made the payment in advance to the company for all the products. But till date i have not received the product. Neither they giving the answers of my mails nor they picked the phone, i have called many times them but always not picked the phone. I need my money back. Please help me and take the necessary action against the company.

This company fraud me... I am purchase logitech webcam and hp headphone, but not deliver me.. After 3 month purchase...

In view of the ordered placed since more than two and half month ago, i have not received the product, neither received the refund.

The store is not responding on the customer care portal and neither picking up the calls.

I am seeking help via this forum to resolve my complaint on this.

A prepaid order was placed on second June 2020 worth rs 4684.60 comprising a webcam, mouse, headphone and data cable. The order number mentioned in website is#[protected]. As per website delivery was expected in 5-7 days buts been over 1.5 month and there is no sign of products ordered. Given customer care number do not respond nor do they answer any emails.. I requested for cancellation and refund but nothing happened.
