On 07.07.2021 we purchased monitor LG-20-inch-Monitor-20MP48HB online after payment of 7484.74. Later we didn't received delivery till one month & after continuous calling their support line we got to know that our order is cancelled & they gave us a coupon of the same amount. the same monitor was available on the site at higher price at Rs. 8673. we again purchased the same monitor after paying additional amount of Rs 1188.26 on 08.08.2021 Order #[protected]. Till date 07.09.2021 we have not received any communication from LT online nor we have received any delivery of the product. we want refund with interest from LT online store.

I Ordered Epson L850 Printer, I paid full amount 16 days compled but they not delivered the product (Not Dispatch also). I called to ask the customer care they not respond properly and not genuine, not trustable. They are fraud company. So i ask for refund. They are not respond properly. I gave my bank details to their company email for refund of rupees "32, 583". Kindly help me to get my money (refund) to my bank account....

This is a fraud online store, I have ordered a part for my printer, after 2 days my ordered was updated mark as shipped through speed post. But still not received . I make a complaint against india post for delay in delivery but I realised that the article is not recieved physically for booking. Now I want my full money back or shipped the item immediately

I made a purchase of ESET mobile security on 7th July 2021 and till now I didn't receive the key. order number is #[protected]. They never respond.

This is very ridiculous about this website, i feel i should have checked their background before making any of the payments.

I had raised the order and made full payment for purchase of Brother A3 printer cartridge on 20th of august 2021.

Till date i have not received any delivery of the product, tried calling all the no's but fail to get any response.

The Tracking No shared has no details whatsoever on any of the stated companies. All fake Tracking Details.

I Don't know where to go for recovering of the amount, Is there any way to recover the amount.

2nd reminder on my request for refund.
The LT Online store has not refunded the amount so far. This forum also has not taken any action against this store. Then what is the use of submitting complaint in this forum.
I inform to the customers that never search the advertisement of this LT Online store for products dealt by them in future. It is very clear that they won't supply the material after receiving the payment, nor refund the amount.
From the reviews of complaint received in the Forum it can be seen that the resolved percentage of complaints are 5% or so.
This store is only for making money by cheating the customers.
They have to be black -listed immediately.

Order #[protected] Status is not Refunded — LT Online Store, till date i am not received any refund amount from LT online store for my order. My Not deliver by from last one year and no refund.

I have Ordered Kingston 16GB Pendrive on 22-May-2021 with Order ID : #[protected]. The Order status is showing "Delivered" but the product not yet delivered. I tried Contact phone number given on website so many times but, their is no response from your end.
Please kindly Deliver the item,
Or otherwise i am expecting full refund.

I want to cancel my Order #[protected], coz the delivery date is too long and it's urgent for me, there's no option to cancel in the website and the numbers are not reachable, I need my refund!

Few months back I ordered a head of a printer of which I deposited the money in advance. They did not deliver the product by giving the reason that the product is not available. I waited for almost a month to receive my product. Since I did not hear from them I call them and ask them to refund my money. I talked to Mr Dipesh he said product is not available so so I can cancel the order and they will refund my money in two weeks time. To my surprise after few days I received a letter Raunak message from them saying that my order is ready and they are going to ship it. To which I objected that I have already cancelled the order and I don't want this product. I asked them to refund my money full. They said that they will deduct some amount as per their return policy e and then they will refund my money. Since last two months neither they have refunded the money nor they have shipped the product I have been trying to get in touch with them on emails and phone calls but to no avail. Please somebody send this message to them and ask them to refund my money hundred percent.

On continued multiple call on regular basis, Following were the excuses:

*they keep telling manager is not there,
*they will forward the complaint,
*no refund or answer
* They don't attend the phone call.
* Stock is not there.
* After 4-5 working days it will get delivered.

Literally two months spoiled the mind and peace.

It turns out to be scam and spam with net fraudulent intention.

I started an order with LT ONLINE STORE on[protected] for an HP Ink catridge 802. The order could not be completed and was aborted due to some connectivity problem. But the bank paid Rs850.78 to the company the transaction no beingINB/[protected]/PAYU.IN. I again started to make a fresh order which again was aborted due to connectivity problem. But the bank had pade Rs850.78 vide transaction ref INB/[protected]/PAYU.IN. Order no was not generated for both these transactions. M/s Lt online refunded the second payment ref[protected] on 23 June 2021. But the first payment is yet to be refunded despite various correspondence with them.. They have not replied to any of my e mails and I find it very difficult, almost impossible to contact them over phone. On 30 July I could manage to talk to their staff Ms Anshu who promised to reply to my email in 24 hrs (not refund). So far I have not got a reply.Please help me resolve this issue by arranging a refund of Rs850.78.

I had booked canon printer lbp2900b and paid rs 13234.88 on 24th june the till date, after one month 10 days, no answer to delivering order. I had called them lots of time on given 6 landline numbers on their website, the same person pick call on all numbers and always reply single word as you will get your order and call after 4 days..
