LT Online Store — Bought a wifi, but only its board, no parts

I bought an augen wifi dongle from lt online and they sent me a non working wifi from a no name company. Told to return. I bought the item for Rs 179, after deducting the courier charge, my shipping charge and 10% commission, I get Rs 16. When I sent it to the technician to get it fixed, only the board was there. no parts.when i contacted lt online everything here is like this, what should we do
