LT Online Store — Epson printer not delivered / not refund my amount

I Ordered Epson L850 Printer, I paid full amount 16 days compled but they not delivered the product (Not Dispatch also). I called to ask the customer care they not respond properly and not genuine, not trustable. They are fraud company. So i ask for refund. They are not respond properly. I gave my bank details to their company email for refund of rupees "32, 583". Kindly help me to get my money (refund) to my bank account.
