LT Online Store — I'm complaining about item not received or no refund receive

Cost रु 2, 833.18 which is debited from my bank and this transaction with full advance payment on date May 26, 2020, 08:28 pm and today when I write this complain date is 27 Aug 2020,

their all communication lines are not working, no reply on phone/email,

purpose of this complain is cancel this order and refund my amount
