The item arrived damaged - not yet removed from original packaging. The ear pads are disintegrating like its an old piece.
Reported on email and whatsapp - they told me go to JBL Harmon Kardon but they say they cannot repair since it is not an audio issue and for other issues authorized dealer - in this case LT Online store has to refund or replace.
I request a refund or replacement pls /
