LT Online Store — My order id[protected],They don't dispatch the product

Sir, I don't wait for the product, I already complain consumer care, details send you . They told me you receive your money and complain charge rs.450 . I want 1day wait then confirm the next step. kindly told me that you dispatch the material or refund my money within a week.Otherwise I give rs 450 to consumer care for my money.My 1question to you that why accept the payment if your less staff? account maintenance then staff available but dispatch maintenance then less staff .Why cheat the coustomer . you accept money but don't send product. All over India all courier dispatch the material except ltonlinestore.in .If the buyer dead due to covid 19 then total money accepted.Very good policy . This is cheat fund as well as sarada.
