[Resolved] LT Online Store — Not received product despite of lapse of 1 month after placing order. | |
Placed order with lt online store for Sony 1.5m micro usb fast mobile charging cable, black on date 19.06.2020 & till date i haven't received my order. Meanwhile they informed by e-mail regarding shipping of other order by dtdc courier along with tracking number however, dtdc website shows it as invalid when tried to track. Till date nobody responds when called to their customer care numbers. Either numbers are always busy or nobody picks up call when connected. Even i didn't received satifactory reply to complaint made through e-mail. Extremely pathetic services & seems like it is online fraud website. Was this information helpful? | |
Aug 2, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved I received my product on 01.08.2020 i.e after 40 days. Though product is not the one I ordered but still I am satisfied with the received on of the same brand. Further the tracking number of parcel was informed as of DTDC courier however, it is received through Professional courier. One should think twice before placing the order with online website like LT online store where it is merely impossible to track the orders. LT Online Store customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
