We have ordered and paid in advance for Quick Heal Total Security - 2 User 3 Years on 01.07.2021. Since 20 days lapsed no response from the Company. Moreover no response on several mails sent on their registered mail and no response from the phone numbers shown in Tax Invoice and website. We now request for refund of amount paid Rs.2301/-. Moreover request to investigate as fraud/fake shopping website through Cyber Cell if similar complaints are there from other complainants. Was this information helpful? | |||
