LT Online Store — Ordered Amazon fire tv stick never received product or refund

I had ordered Amazon fire tv stick on April 5th with order no #[protected], but never received the product or refund. Tried calling customer care and also emailed many times but still nill response. If this is the way you treat your customers then its a fraud store. Kindly refund the amount or deliver the product.
