I've ordered a Sony 32 GB Pen drive 3 numbers my order number is Order #[protected] ordered on Jun 27, 2021 and it's shipped by DTDC courier and delivered to me on July 03, 2021 (Tamil Nadu) when i opened the parcel I've found 1 number of pen drive only. immediately i called the customer care and informed they said the issue will be checked and inform me within 1 hour but after 2 hours there is no call from their end. again i called them after 2 hours i called again they are attending the call and not answering i tried 4 times and finally 5th time attended the call and answered that this will be informed before 6 o clock on the same day. but i don't get a call from them. i called after 6 o clock, the automatic recorded call said the customer care is available from 11.00 am to 6.00 pm only.if the customer care is closes by 6.pm then why they said to me the problem is solved by 6.pm. it's better don't buy products from this type of online sellers.
