LT Online Store — Product not delivered even despite of after more than a month

Its been more than more than a month since i ordered this product.
Still not delivered yet.

I bought 2 logitech headphones on
Wed, jul 29, 6:12 pm, i haven't received my order till date and these customer support no. S in the website don't even answer the calls. I mailed them several times, but not response there too.

My previous complaint number was closed without any resolution.
