I am writing to raise a concern regarding my recent shipment. My order #429648 from LT Online Store was dispatched on July 3, 2026, via blue dart with the tracking number [protected]. However, when I attempt to track the parcel, the status shows as “Not Found.”
The shipment contains Canon BH-7 Black Printhead and Canon CH-7 Tri-Color Printhead, and it was shipped to my address in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. As the order value is significant, I kindly request your immediate assistance in verifying the status of this shipment and providing an update at the earliest.

Please confirm whether the parcel has been picked up by the courier partner. if not kindly issue a refund.
