Lucknow Jal Sansthan — water supply problem | |||
Sir i live in my house situated at vishal khand gomti nagar lucknow. Sir in this area first water used to be supplied by the government supplier for 3 hours in morning and evening. But from last 7 to 8 days the supply has been cut down by 2 hours each in both the time. We are getting only 1 hours supply in morning and evening.in one hour we have to do all types of work in it. Dear Sir,
The sewage line connection work in my locality, Sanjay Gandhi Puram, has not been completed. The connection to sewer line is not made for my house (House number M 43) as well as some more houses in the area. The contractor who was doing the connection is not reporting for work. I believe the bill for water tax will b e raised to me with retrospect including past years arrears (which is totally unjustified), even when services are not started till date.. Please arrange for the resolution at the earliest.

We are facing irregular supply of dirty water through the pipes meant for drinking water.
Today (28/06/19) we did not receive water supply for the whole day. No information of disruption in supplies was communicated to the residents.

Sir, the water problem in Prem Nagar, Alambagh is increasing day by day. First of all we get water supply in Early morning and in late night...whole day there won’t be any supply of water
Secondly, From 4-5 days there’s huge amount of mud is present in water. My House No- 569 cha/704 Prem Nagar, Alambagh and i am facing hell lot of issue. Please resolve else it will lead to further escalation!

1. Water supply time is very less i.e. less than 35-40 min.
2. apart from point no. 01, water is contaminated with the sever water
3. We have already lodged complain several times but no resolution found till date however problem is since so long in existance. officials are only giving assurance to comply the needful but no action has been taken.
