We are the inhabitants of the ward no.23 jagdish Chandra Bose .their is an urgent need of additional street light in our locality the present no.of streetlights is not serving the desired needs

    Some people came and cleaned the park area in our locality and collected all the garbage in between the park itself and no body picked that garbage dump and its causing problems to the people living around the park area.
    Please appoint someone to come and pick up that garbage dump as it can cause some infections to the people living around the park area

      Respected Sir,

      Can you please pay some attention towards my problem of deduction of house tax payment which is made on date 11/05/2021 (timing 8 :14 PM) which haven't shown earlier that was not updated on lucknow nagar nigam website and also didn't receive any response from ICICI Bank but the amount has been deducted from my account.

      So, I have make another payment dated[protected] timing 11:08 am and received response message from ICICI Bank at 11: 14 am) . Thus, we have pay similar amount Rs 819 by two times against HOUSE ID : 9157E12666 FOR FINANCIAL YEAR[protected].

      so, sir it is my humble request to refund my amount of Rs 819 which have been deducted twice .

            I would like to complain about the ruckus these street dogs are causing.

            THEY WOULD BARK CONSTANTLY IN NIGHT AND DISTURB THE SLEEP OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD.

            THEY ALSO BARK AND ATTACK UNKNOWINGLY AT PEOPLE.

            Kindly, detain them and place them in a more suitable place.

                  Registering mobile number for paying house tax

                  I am trying to register my mobile number with my house to pay my house tax online, but whenever I click on "REGISTER YOUR MOBILE NUMBER" tab some error pops up. Kindly resolve this issue so that I can pay my tax from the comfort of my home and avoid going out in this pandemic....

                  I, Abhishek Choudhary am a resident of sector 8, house no-904 vikas nagar, lucknow
                  there has been a huge accumulation of mud from the drains of the park right outside of our house . even after complaining the supervisor no action has been taken.
                  the flies and dirt keeps on entering inside which is hazardous for health and considering thr present situation cleanliness is utmost priority.
                  kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.

                    Hi,

                    I tried to register my mobile number on the Lucknow Nagar Nigam website for paying house tax. I received the message saying that the user id and password has been sent to the mobile number but no sms was received on the phone.

                    Can you please help me out so that i can pay the house tax online?

                        No acknowledgement received from Citrus Payment Solutions, the amount Rs. 1256.00 to be deposit to my house tax is still unaccounted. The amount was successfully debited from my account on 1st May 2021 but not credited to my house tax account. Please expedite.

                              I am a resident of viramkhand 1 gomti nagar and I have to complaint about the street dogs in our aria. yesterday night a man was bit by a dog badly.
                              We all are scared that if any dog bit any child. The people going from bikes, bicycles and cars are also not safe the dogs are running after the vehicles. Neither can we sleep nor can we go outside peacefully.

                              Please see too this serious problem and try to resolve ASAP...
