    Dear Sir/Madam,
    This is to draw your attention towards the area of New Rastogi Tola, Raja Bazaar's Sevage which is chowked and if no quick action would be taken it may lead to severe diseases and infections. There are more than 15 houses which are going through the same. This drainage is causing bad odour and leading to growth of mosquitoes which can also cause dengue, malaria and may give a rise to covid-19 virus.
    We request you to look into the matter and do the needful as soon as possible.

      Respected Sir,

      With all due respect, I am writing this letter with a humble request to please construct a proper drainage system in our area. Due to the heavy rainfall in the past days, the water level has risen immensely on the streets and it is impossible to walk on them. Even cars and motorbikes are not able to cross the streets since the water makes it difficult to do so. The water has been standing which is extremely unhygienic and dangerous since mosquitoes could spread dengue through this medium. It is requested to please plan and construct a proper drainage system so that during the Monsoon period the residents do not have to suffer.

      I hope you will understand our situation and resolve the matter as soon as possible.

          Some people came and cleaned the park area in our locality and collected all the garbage in between the park itself and no body picked that garbage dump and its causing problems to the people living around the park area.
          Please appoint someone to come and pick up that garbage dump as it can cause some infections to the people living around the park area

            Respected Sir,

            Can you please pay some attention towards my problem of deduction of house tax payment which is made on date 11/05/2021 (timing 8 :14 PM) which haven't shown earlier that was not updated on lucknow nagar nigam website and also didn't receive any response from ICICI Bank but the amount has been deducted from my account.

            So, I have make another payment dated[protected] timing 11:08 am and received response message from ICICI Bank at 11: 14 am) . Thus, we have pay similar amount Rs 819 by two times against HOUSE ID : 9157E12666 FOR FINANCIAL YEAR[protected].

            so, sir it is my humble request to refund my amount of Rs 819 which have been deducted twice .

                        Registering mobile number for paying house tax

                        I am trying to register my mobile number with my house to pay my house tax online, but whenever I click on "REGISTER YOUR MOBILE NUMBER" tab some error pops up. Kindly resolve this issue so that I can pay my tax from the comfort of my home and avoid going out in this pandemic....

                        I, Abhishek Choudhary am a resident of sector 8, house no-904 vikas nagar, lucknow
                        there has been a huge accumulation of mud from the drains of the park right outside of our house . even after complaining the supervisor no action has been taken.
                        the flies and dirt keeps on entering inside which is hazardous for health and considering thr present situation cleanliness is utmost priority.

                          Hi,

                          I tried to register my mobile number on the Lucknow Nagar Nigam website for paying house tax. I received the message saying that the user id and password has been sent to the mobile number but no sms was received on the phone.

                          Can you please help me out so that i can pay the house tax online?
