    Address: Flat no.704 Omaxe Height, Vibhuti Khand Gomti Nagar, lucknow 226010

    Plz provide me information, why same apartment same area same location & self occupied house tax is different every flat ? What is the calculation system? Even though some flat self occupied area more about 250 sq feet extra and paying tax is less.I fail to happening there calculation system.
    Therefore, plz clarify so that we can proceed to pay house tax.

        Some of your sweepers have broken the sewer line of my house 2-A Sarvapalli Mall Avenue, Lucknow - 226001 from the main line. Hence, all the sewage waste/laterine is floating on the passage of the road. Kindly look into this matter immediately and please get repair the sewer line as well as clean the passage of the road.

            The manhole cover in between block no. 5 and 19, Lajpat Nagar, Chowk, Lucknow is broken since Jan 2020

            This is causing immense problem to residents and may cause injuries to the commuters.

            An urgent action for replacement of manhole cover is requested please.

              House tax online payment not reflecting or getting updated

              I had made the online payment for the house tax against House Id: 9157C17612 using BHIM UPI on 30/12/2020. the amount was successfully debited from my UPI account but the LNN house tax website still shows as not paid and in accruing arrears on the payment. can this be please looked into?...

              This is to inform you that there is plenty of dirtiness outside my shop complex and there is dustbin kept.only outside our complex only and so.all other shop.keepers.throw there waste material outside.our complex all around the dustbin as it is too small to carry so much waste and also want you to take necessary action against it and also provide a separate dustbin to each complex.

                  Mosquito fogging/fumigation

                  There is an issue about the number of mosquitoes in nehru enclave, gomtinagar, lucknow. Keeping in mind the diseases they bring with them(dengue, malaria, etc), it would be in everyone's best interest if proper fogging/ fumigation of the area could be done....

                        Some sewer work is going on in my locality the sewer truck driver misbehaved and gave threats to the locals when asked to park the truck properly as he parks it in the middle of the road not giving space for vehicles to move. Please take action on the driver as he is not qualified to deal with the public.

                              मैं प्रार्थी पंकज कुमार S/O राम प्रसाद पता - 638/16 K-48 रघुवर एन्क्लेव फरीदीनगर निज़ामुद्दीनपुर इंदिरानगर लखनऊ पिन कोड-226016 का निवासी हूँ।मेरे बगल के घर के मुखिया का पैरापेट स्थायी रूप से बहुत बाहर निकाल के बनाया गया है जिससे मेरा मकान अंदर की ओर हो गया ।जबकि उस कॉलोनी के नियमानुसार मकान का छज्जा 1 फ़ीट से ज़्यादा नही निकाल सकते परंतु इनका छज्जा 3 फ़ीट निकाला गया जिससे मेरा मकान बहुत अंदर हो गया है।
                              निवेदन यह है कि उस मकान की जल्द से जल्द निगरानी करे और छज्जा को तोड़वाकर बराबर से छज्जा निकालने की अनुमति प्रदान करें।
