Dear sir/ madam,
In this era of swatch bharat mission where our prime minister and chief minister is emphasizing more on cleaniness and hygiene, i feel ashamed to see us not doing our part with zeal.
I reside at sector m - 658, aashiana colony and the garbage collection person assigned to this place is so worthless and nonsense that he is seldom seen coming and collecting the garbage and thus we are helpless and frustrated to store garbage for 4 to 5 days waiting for him to collect it.
I myself am a social worker and if i see such issues i feel sad to see people taking undue advantage of our government.
Thus i urge you to look into this matter and take a strict action against the concerned person as soon as possible or else i will be forced to send a personal mail to the higher government authorities and raise the alarming situation that we are in.

I, Govind Narayan Shukla living at 553 Shekhupura Aliganj on rent.In the front of my house the sewer line is chocked and it is flowing in upper drain and it is smelling very bad. Due to this we can effected by diseases.

I wants know what i do against cow rearing in public park? If it's unlegal please guide and do legal action about cow rearing in public park.

Mahoday saadar avgat karana hai ki humare muhalle me kura nistaran ki bari samasya ho rhi hai jo is area ke thekedaar hai unhone private aadmiyo ko kura nistaran aur safai ke liye lga rakha hai pr un aadmiyo dwara avaidh vasuli ki ja rhi 100 se 200 rupeey ki aur na hi naali saaf ki ja rhi na hi kura uthaya ja rha jisse bari gandgi hai naali bajbajaai hai kura na uthane se gharo me sar rha jisse sankarman ka khatra bna hua hai aur machar bahut ho rhe .
Atah nivedan hai ki sangyan me lete hue jabaran vasooli ko rokte hue kura uthwane ki vewastha aur naali safaai ki vewastha karane ki kripa kre .

Water logging in drains. No cleaning. Due to water logging mosquitoes are developing. It may cause several diseases.
Please get it clean at the earliest.

Government handpump not working
Sir,
I want to pay attention towards my areas, one hand pumps which was provided government but they are in dead situations. Or not working for 4/5 month.
And this is main source of drinking water. Due to this many people face problems due to shortage of water, kindly pay attention and strict action to be taken.
We have no any other sources of water.
So please. Repair this handpump

In my lane there are 8 street dogs who have created havoc for its residents damaging properties like scratching cars & tearing their covers . There are a lot of children aged below 10 and it has become quite dangerous for them whereas taking a stroll through the lane has become quite a task for residents .House helps n traders who visit the lane are becoming quite hesitant to visit . Please do the needfull .

Street dogs in our area troubling people one of them is critically injured and the that area is stincking and worms are there on it please come to labour colony near everready please call me if needed [protected]

Street light not working since 50 days or so except 5/6 days. No. Of complaints have been registered on nagarsewaup & lnn apps. Last complaint was on nagarsewaup app on 26th august. Kindly direct the concerned officers so that the street light may be ok. This street light caters about 6 residences.

Sir i want to inform you that there is a person who has given my number to lucknow nagar nigam for the payment of his house tax and they have mistakenly registered my number with his name and house tax id and because of this every time the messages are coming on my number that your payment has not been done i had visited many time in nagar nigam office but they are not taking any action instead of this they are telling that please ignore...

Nagar nigam jone 8 ke je mahodaye ne mere upar road cutting charges 16330 rupee banaya gaya kisko maine cheque dwara payment kiya gaya jiski koi bhi receipt ya permission letter mujhe prapat nahi hua??? Mai ye janna chalta ho ki mere praise sahi jagah gaye hai to payment receipt mujhe prapat honi chahiye.

हमारे मोहल्ले चांदन में बहुत सारे मवेशी जानवर घुमते रहते है और आने जाने वाले रास्तों पर बैठे रहतें हैें जिससे अक्सर हादसे होते रहते है लोग रास्ते पर निकलने से डरतेें हैं। घर के बच्चे भी बाहर निकलने से डरते है कि कहीं गधे या भैंस टककर न मार दें जिससे मोहल्लें में दहशत का माहौल रहता है। रात बेरात तो रास्ते पर जानवर बैठे रहते है निकलने में कठिनाई होती है। कृपया मोहल्ले से सारे जानवर जो रोड पर घुमते रहते है हटाने की कृपा करें। जिससे मोहलले में शाति बनी रही। धन्यवाद

The online complaint portal of nagar nigam lucknow has not been working since last saturday. It is not functioning even on a working day, today the monday.
Kindly do the needful to restore it.
The led light on the lamp post at my house is not working.
Please do the needful to rectify the led.

Sir, our streets are flooded with water and the process o[censored]nderground electricity has been left unfinished and has caused destructive problems that is drastically growing day by day.

Sir this problem has caused drastic evolution of deadly insects and about 10 traffic jams a day is common.
all drainage lines flood everyday and this causes disturb in movement of vehicles and for students like me to reach back home.
Sir our colony is also flodded with sewage water that provided habitat for deadly and poisonous insects and animals.
Sir, the people of our locality has also sometimes jamed the highway to call people and to make this condition reach to you but everytime this was suppressed.

Sir so much dangerous that it has caused meaning is disaster by flooding no one can even walk, e-rickshaws and scooty fall off during travelling through this water and flood is so filthy that it has sewage water in it. Sir with due respect we have many a times criticized the condition and made a walk but we were suppressed. Sir just going out of the condition therefore request you to resolve this issue

Sir therefore I kindly request to you to see to it and make a small publishmemt otherwise this colony will become the epicenter of weirdest and deadly diseases.

Please pick the dead dog in front of my house

We are living in sector-i jankipuram lucknow behind pioneer montessori school, wild street dogs aprox 25 dogs mooching around in our residential area of sector - i. As the kids of most of resident are small (Six to eight years) it s matter of great concern as per there safety is concerned, when any kids comes out alone then 4 to 5 cover up and barking everyday. But due to some cases in lucknow kendriya vidalya, rajajipuram and balaganj lucknow 3 children suffering dog cut multiple point.
So parents are worried about these wild street dogs in campus prior to this they use to sit on car roof & keep on scratching car body which shows sing of there wildness. So keeping in consideration the safety of children & resident property. So its our humble request to look in to this matter & solve our problem.
