Respected sir,
I'm living in lajpat nagar bihind bara gurudwara front of nibu park chowk. I noticed, there are mosquitoes in our area and while standing in the room or street mosquitoes are biting to us and people.

I humbly request to you spray for mosquito control fogging in my area. Some time person come for spray in lajpat nagar but not come bihind bara gurudwara.
Sir, mostly person servive this season mosquito problems, please sir help us and send any person for fogging plz sir help.

I want to pay my house tax online and also want to check the due tax. For this i need my complete house details. I don't know 'old computer code'

Dirty water supply
Sir/ma'am,
I would like to draw your attention towards bad water supply in our locality for past few days (D block near d block water pump park near railway line rajajipuram). The condition of water which is supplied is contaminated and smells like sewage water. This water is not fit for drinking, & bathing as it will cause many water borne diseases. So, please take some strict actions to solve this problem....

We are facing problem of street dogs due to which it is nearly impossible for us to live freely. Children also are in grave danger because some of them have gone mad due to severe infection. In front of my house B-15, Malviya Nagar, Aishbagh, Lucknow-226004 there is a light pole on which continuous sparking of electricity wires happening. Please address it at earliest to avoid any mishap.

This is to submit that the drainage system at saleh nagar, lucknow has been illegal blocked by some anti social elements and they have included the same land in their own. The location of the nala/ darinage is saleh nagar, bangla bazaar, opp 1/840 ruhci khand i sharda nagar.
The water is overflowing and causing various diseases to the local residents. The situation has been continuing since jan 2020 but no action has been taken. Kindly ensure the cleaning of the encroachment and cleaning of the drainage at the ealiest possible.

No receipt is generated only acknowledgement of payment received by way of sms on my phone [protected]. How to get payment receipt. House owners name is suresh chandra chaubey. House is situated in vidyawati ward ii (Zone 8) lucknow nagar nigam.
Complaint is that i am not getting the usual receipt of payment from nigam.

Online payment is made in response to an sms received which reads as under
"w. R. T. Your house id 9157f15153 h. Tax bill for fy 2020-21 is rs. 1226/- for online npayment visit https://lmc.up.nic.in/ts/4327a90965dT ignore, if paid."
The under noted acknowledgement has been received same day i. E..7/4/2020

Bill for House id[protected] is generated wrong. House tax has been paid regularly since beginning but bill is showing arrears with interest

Since last three months drainage of my area are full with dirty water and helping in breeding of mosquitoes. Due to foul smell it is difficult to stand outside even we have the same smell even in side of the house.

We request you to please make arrangements to clear the drainage so that unwarranted ailments could be stopped.

I would like to inform you that i was doing the payment of my House Tax online but the payment got deducted from my HDFC Bank account but it is showing pending in Lucknow Nagar Nigam online website.

Sir I am from E Block Market, Rajaji puram, Lucknow where a dead cat body is lying in the middle of the market area for 2 days and it started to stink really bad. So I would request you to please get it removed. Thank You.
The body is lying near E-2688 E Block Market near Tiwari book Depot .

I live in sarfrazgunj near bilqees jahan masjid hardoi road lko there is a small forest. Nearby so the rate of mosquito are increasing day by day so I request you to provide fogging machine or mosquito repellent machine for our area.

I want to complain about the misuse of park done by local people they use the park area for parking there vechile and making it home of domestic animal. They use the park as there own property and not let the kids play in it.
I would request you to take a immediate action against this.
