Hello sir/madam,

Sorry to inform you connecting chamber for sewer is not constructed by nagar nigam for our house but is done for others in colony. Old sewer line gets chocked every week and repeated followup with nagar nigam and parshad is of no help. Please help as we want to help swach bharat abhiyan and stop sewer water on road.
Contractor of nagar nigam doesn’t listen to us and we are stuck in this situation for last 3 years.

Dear sir,
I am ashutosh singh from laxmanpuri colony indira nagar 226016. I want to file a threat in our colony there are so many stray dogs (Lawaris kutte) in our colony and they are making threats in our livelihood they make a bunch of 30-40 dogs and go for biting every people in the morning and evening. Every person in this colony is irritated by them they don't go for their morning walk due to them. Behind this there is a one person name sanjay he run a milk dairy product some people known him as pal vaala
He adopt that dogs in the starting and make them aggressive very agressive and leave them to street after that. And that dogs makes colony dirty and every person in the colony threat. Please kindly catch all the dogs otherwise our colony can't be a swach colony or free to move colony. Today morning on 2nd june one of his aggressive dogs bite me while i'm doing morning walk. Please catch them all.

Dear sir, this is to inform you that, there is a person named munna (Ghosi) unauthorized capture place in front of my house, parking dhala everyday evening his companions named sheikhu, ashu etc are gathering on and tease to girls/ladies. Due to this road always choke. Neighbors & i have facing problem to park own cars.
I request you that remove that dhala parking and unauthorzed gathering from that place.

The street lights in front of agrasen memorial park on the internal road leading to dr anoop garg clinic, tilak nagar, aish bagh, lucknow are non functional causing problems to children, women and senior citizens visiting the park in the evening.. Kindly get the street mercury lights replaced immediately.

Several stray dogs have been creating nuisance in viraj khand 1 near electric power house. The new vegetable market has caused more garbage pile up with no street weeping facility and no proparal garbage disposal facility in viraj khand 1. The park here also undeveloped and has been a dumping ground and a place for illegal drinking at night. This locality needs help to be made clean and safer. Proper garbage disposal is required specially around the sabzi mandi and the street sweeping should be ensured on regular basis. The dogs are a menance too and the park should be developed so that elderly and young people can enjoy a safe place for recreation.

Road tiles work is on progress at kurmanchal nagar, Lucknow, labour work quality is very poor and cross road drainage work is flowing reverseside, a huge waste material like cement pipes r dump in front of house no.d245 and d246 kurmanchal nagar, it is cause of accident at any time, dangerous for residents and school childrens, it will also be cause of 'jal bharaw' in rainy time, please resolve this problems, resident of this area will be very gratefull, thanku.

4 to 5 illegal dairy near talab, kesri khera krishna nagar.30 to 40 estray cows n bull wandering here n there n cow waste is thrown on the road so it's very difficult to breathe. They free their animals on street, animals damage our vehicles. They block the street, it's difficult to go out on road. I had complaint many time but got no response. It is like hell living.
So kindly see to the matter.

I reside Surya Nagar, Manak Nagar Lucknow. It has been height of garbage collection on the empty plot in front of my house. Despite complaining to the sweepers and cleaners, they just do not give an ear to it.

I am attaching a pic of the plastic bags, garbage, plastic bottles, etc., pic along with this letter.

A dead dog is lying on roadside since last 5 days adjust to our home (F block, 3270 rajajipuram lucknow, behind trimurti marriage hall,) it gives very foul smell. Nobody border to remove it until sweeper is not ready to remove it so please kindly arrange to remove d carcass of dead animal

The garbage collector comes only once in a week, and if ask them why they do so then the rudely behave which is very annoying, they are taking 100 rs per month, for what services not proper collection of garbage is done in this area because of these garbage collector people throw garage on roads which makes area dirty, it's my humble request to something about this problem.

Alot of monkeys have come into my area (Asharfabad) which were creating daily problems for us but today the condition got serious when he bit one of my family memver. I have been complaining about this since long but till today nobody has even looked into the matter. Please consider it a serious issue, it's very very serious. It's an urgent request.

I want to get notice to the authority that a few neighbours in my area (191-shakti nagar, indira nagar, lucknow-u. P) is keeping goats in residents area that too not only one 20 or more goats giving trouble to public and in unhygenicly giving risk of life to others and there chance apademic disease. Please do needful for it and do as fast as possilble.

We are the living at the address of 551 kha/ 55 koriyana alambagh lucknow, water is not proper supply in our area. Every summer has persisting this problem, the problem has persisting for one month but alambagh jal sansthan complaint have unheeded,
We are request you to give attention to this complaint soon as it is already affecting our schedules.

There is one street light in front of the house which is tilted towards leftward s so much so that the light instead of facing street it is facing our terrace. I need that the street light should be oriented properly, it's causing too much of inconvenience during night time as it irritates the eyes. Please take some action as soon as possible.

I am a resident of Maurya Nagar ( Devi Tali Mandir, Near Lodhi Tiraha- Mandiyaon-226021).

Sir, there is no street light in my colony. Lots of robbers, chain snichers are roaming here and there. During nights, the entire atmosphere goes very horrible and feels like there is no security in my colony which also gives us to live in danger. Moreover, during night, the chances of road accidents are very high.

Sir, you are requested to kindly do the needful by providing the street light on 1-2 poles, so as we can live fearless life and my children can live freely.

अवगत कराना चाहती हूं कि विकास नगर थाना क्षेत्र, कमला नेहरू नगर (रिंग रोड) कॉलोनी में कूड़े की समस्या बढ़ती जा रही है। हमारे क्षेत्र में कूड़ा फेंकने का कोई प्रबंध नहीं है। नगर निगम के सफाई कर्मचारी या तो आते ही नहीं या अगर आते हैं तो कुछ ही घरों से कूड़ा लेते हैं और बाकी छोड़ देते हैं। बता दूं की हमारी गली में आज तक नगर निगम की कूड़ा गाड़ी नहीं आयी। पिछले एक महीने से प्राइवेट ठेके वाले भी नहीं आए हैं। हम लोगों को हर रोज़ दूसरे इलाकों में कूड़ा घर या कूडादान खोज कर कूड़ा फेंकना पड़ता है। कुछ लोग तो आस पास की खाली ज़मीनों में या अवैध कूड़ा ढेरो पर कूड़ा फेंक देते हैं जिससे गंदगी और बीमारियां दोनों फैल रही हैं। इलाके में जंगली चूहे भी तेजी से पनप रहे हैं और आवारा जानवरों की संख्या भी बढ़ती जा रही है। क्या लखनऊ नगर निगम की लिस्ट में हमारा क्षेत्र स्वच्छ भारत अभियान के तहत नहीं आता?

या तो ये सुनिश्चित करें कि नगर निगम की कूड़ा गाड़ी हर रोज़ हर घर से कूड़ा ले कर जाए या फिर कॉलोनी में हर मोड़ पे एक कूड़ेदान स्थापित करें ताकि हम लोग रोज़ उसका प्रयोग करें और कूड़ा गाड़ी उन्हीं से कूड़ा ले कर जाए।

कृपया जल्द से जल्द हमारी समस्या का समाधान करें।

Subject: regarding choking of trunk-sewer in front of rg euphoria, plot no. 12 (Gh-4), in vrindavan yojna, off rai-bareli road, lucknow.

Dear sir,

We have been informed that the maintenance of civic amenities of vrindavan yojna will now be taken care of by the lucknow nagar nigam.

With regard to the subject matter, we have written several letters to the avas evam vikas parishad in the past but no action has yet been taken and the situation is getting worse.

We currently have over 50 families living in the project and the sewer line has not become operational as it is damaged and choked.

This is causing major issues of sanitation and is a serious health hazard for the residents who have been rigorously following up with us for an early solution.

As informed earlier we have made all necessary provisions required from our side and urgent action is required from your side.

We are attaching herewith signatures of all residents who have been eagerly looking for resolution of this problem for quite some time now, along with copies of our earlier communications with you and request you to kindly take early action to ensure that proper sanitation is maintained in the area.

Street Light on the Street between plot/house no. C-2/239 to C-2/246 and C-2/247 to C-2/254 is not working for a period of one year. So many complaints in this regard have been registered with the telephonic/online complaints system of Nagar Nigam Lucknow. No solution of the complaints has been done by Nagar Nigam but the telephone numbers of the complainants in this process are passed on to the workman employees of Nagar Nigam or to the persons to whom this service is outsourced.
These workman employees or the private party person directly talks to the complainant in threatening tone so that the complaints against malfunctioning or not functioning by Nagar Nigam may not be made.

This is very horrible situation. Pl. help the tax payer Residents of Nagar Nigam and solve their problems.
