I'm a resident of kn 890, manas magar, indralok colony, near baba general store, lucknow (226023). The problem that we are facing in my locality is that the drainage provided is not proper and due to which water logging is a common problem. Nagar nigar cleaners come but they clean the starting places of the colony and don't come to the inner ends due to which the waste materials are stuck here and there. Request you to provide us with a solution to the problem. As this can cause serious health problems in the area.

A dead dog is lying in the middle of the road at SUMAN MARKET, RAMA HOSPITAL LANE, GAYATRIPURAM, KURSI ROAD, 226022 since yesterday and foul smell is spreading in the nearby residences also. Kindly get it removed as the temp. is harsh and the foul smell is spreading in the neighborhood.

My house is in sanjay gandhi puram, faizabad road. And the sweeper who take garbage from our lane constantly misbehaves with the women of our house from a very long time. If we get late by few seconds or accidentally not listen his call he shout and quarrel with us very badly from a very long time. It is a problem which we are facing from a very long time. Considering him as a person from weaker section of society we have been bearing with him from long time. But now i feel it's my sincere request to look into the matter because it becomes very embarrassing when he shouts at the gate badly specifically as i am having my father-in-law a serious heart patient and my mother-in-law a bp and asthmatic patient. His name is ramesh.

People of this area is very much disturb and feel uneasy. People are not able to move comfortably & smoothly. Total road are damaged by setu nigam by digging irregular way & unsystematic manner. The worker of project are very irresponsible. Please look in the matter personally.

A dead dog is lying on road in front of my house since yesterday and spreading bad smell all around, Routine road cleaner and waste collection trolley guys refused to pick the dog.

Please arrange to clear the site as early as possible.

I have already complained to the sweeper of the local area but the problem has not been resolved yet.

From last few weeks in paper mill colony nishatganj lucknow, 10 to 15 monkeys have become dangerously violent and aggressive and not even hesitating in harming and entering house premises attacking not only property but also residents. These monkeys need to be catched and relocated as early as possible otherwise they can be killed in defence or even can kill some resident.
Kindly look into this matter for not only safety of local residents...

Dear sir, we are facing problem in water supply, in our area water supply pipe installed last 40 years ago, we get water after a big struggle, maybe after 11pm water comes. So me & our senior family members do very labour for water. So please check & resolve it. Water supply pipe installed 40 years ag o when only 1-2 family use this pipeline, but at present all are used & population is also increase. So please resolve our complaint as earliest as possible.

The complaint is relating to garbage ( waste ) disposal by neighbours and the resolver of this complaint will be Lucknow nagar Nigam.
I am residing at 281/ 113 K, Mawaiya, where the neighbours are disposing the waste and sewage in open, creating a problem in the nearby area and there is a fear of Diseases being spread due to this.

This is to inform you that nagar nigam has charged a higher tax on my shop as compared to the other shops of same area. They are not ready to accept their fault and pressuring us to pay the said amount which is not justified. Please look into the matter and guide with whom we can resolve this matter.
I have gone to nagar nigam thrice and they are not ready to listen me. I have taken the print out of all the shops who are charged lesser than me and this low amount has been charged from all the shops that are just next to my shop. I am being charged 65000 while rest of the shops are charged either 45000, 35000 or lower. I am the only one who is given such a huge amount. The whole plaza has never paid this amount before this. I want a full calculation of the tax as how this much is imposed on me when the same annual value and current tax is same just like others.

1. In the lane of the given address in 2/56 Vishal Khand 2 of Gomti Nagar, lohia park road, there is a garbage dumping area which is a temporary barbed wire quardoned area. Garbage is overspilling on the road. There need to be garbage dumpers or a solution at the earliest. This should be done before malaria, dengue etc occur in the area.
2. Over the last 5-10 years, I have not seen any Municipal garbage collection employee coming to my house. I have been using a private sweeper for years. What is the answer?

I would like to draw your attention towards the problems faced by my locality because of open sewer which is behind my house. This open sewer is running between lanes of r. D. S. O (Railways) and mendhi khera and has been in this poor condition since the day i was born. The whole society wants to get it cleaned. It would be great if there is a way to cover this open sewer dunk because people throw plastic and other kind of waste that blocks it. Its the major cause of diseases and mosquitos in our area. Its the duty of the nagar nigam to solve this problem via their best method. I hope you will take some action to solve our problem.

While depositing property tax for[protected] via online payment mode. Inadvertently my tax has been deposited twice from my obc account vide transaction id[protected] dated 20 04 2019 and bob transaction id l181178 dated 20 04 2019. Obc transaction is reflective in my nagar nigam account, while bob transaction is not reflective in my nagar nigam account.

Request to either refund my tax or reflect in my nagar nigam account which can be susequently adjusted in the upcoming years. My lnn id is 9157g45320
