Dear Sir,

I am a resident of Maurya Nagar ( Devi Tali Mandir, Near Lodhi Tiraha- Mandiyaon-226021).

Sir, there is no street light in my colony. Lots of robbers, chain snichers are roaming here and there. During nights, the entire atmosphere goes very horrible and feels like there is no security in my colony which also gives us to live in danger. Moreover, during night, the chances of road accidents are very high.

Sir, you are requested to kindly do the needful by providing the street light on 1-2 poles, so as we can live fearless life and my children can live freely.

महोदय/महोदया,
अवगत कराना चाहती हूं कि विकास नगर थाना क्षेत्र, कमला नेहरू नगर (रिंग रोड) कॉलोनी में कूड़े की समस्या बढ़ती जा रही है। हमारे क्षेत्र में कूड़ा फेंकने का कोई प्रबंध नहीं है। नगर निगम के सफाई कर्मचारी या तो आते ही नहीं या अगर आते हैं तो कुछ ही घरों से कूड़ा लेते हैं और बाकी छोड़ देते हैं। बता दूं की हमारी गली में आज तक नगर निगम की कूड़ा गाड़ी नहीं आयी। पिछले एक महीने से प्राइवेट ठेके वाले भी नहीं आए हैं। हम लोगों को हर रोज़ दूसरे इलाकों में कूड़ा घर या कूडादान खोज कर कूड़ा फेंकना पड़ता है। कुछ लोग तो आस पास की खाली ज़मीनों में या अवैध कूड़ा ढेरो पर कूड़ा फेंक देते हैं जिससे गंदगी और बीमारियां दोनों फैल रही हैं। इलाके में जंगली चूहे भी तेजी से पनप रहे हैं और आवारा जानवरों की संख्या भी बढ़ती जा रही है। क्या लखनऊ नगर निगम की लिस्ट में हमारा क्षेत्र स्वच्छ भारत अभियान के तहत नहीं आता?

या तो ये सुनिश्चित करें कि नगर निगम की कूड़ा गाड़ी हर रोज़ हर घर से कूड़ा ले कर जाए या फिर कॉलोनी में हर मोड़ पे एक कूड़ेदान स्थापित करें ताकि हम लोग रोज़ उसका प्रयोग करें और कूड़ा गाड़ी उन्हीं से कूड़ा ले कर जाए।

कृपया जल्द से जल्द हमारी समस्या का समाधान करें।

Subject: regarding choking of trunk-sewer in front of rg euphoria, plot no. 12 (Gh-4), in vrindavan yojna, off rai-bareli road, lucknow.

Dear sir,

We have been informed that the maintenance of civic amenities of vrindavan yojna will now be taken care of by the lucknow nagar nigam.

With regard to the subject matter, we have written several letters to the avas evam vikas parishad in the past but no action has yet been taken and the situation is getting worse.

We currently have over 50 families living in the project and the sewer line has not become operational as it is damaged and choked.

This is causing major issues of sanitation and is a serious health hazard for the residents who have been rigorously following up with us for an early solution.

As informed earlier we have made all necessary provisions required from our side and urgent action is required from your side.

We are attaching herewith signatures of all residents who have been eagerly looking for resolution of this problem for quite some time now, along with copies of our earlier communications with you and request you to kindly take early action to ensure that proper sanitation is maintained in the area.

Street Light on the Street between plot/house no. C-2/239 to C-2/246 and C-2/247 to C-2/254 is not working for a period of one year. So many complaints in this regard have been registered with the telephonic/online complaints system of Nagar Nigam Lucknow. No solution of the complaints has been done by Nagar Nigam but the telephone numbers of the complainants in this process are passed on to the workman employees of Nagar Nigam or to the persons to whom this service is outsourced.
These workman employees or the private party person directly talks to the complainant in threatening tone so that the complaints against malfunctioning or not functioning by Nagar Nigam may not be made.

This is very horrible situation. Pl. help the tax payer Residents of Nagar Nigam and solve their problems.

Water pipe connected to our house has been leaking for the past one week resulting in water logging in the drain below in front of the house causing wastage of water and health hazard especially for the children living in the area. Grateful if problem could be addressed immediately.

This is to inform that most of the road in vivekkhand-1, gomtinagar, lucknow was recently repaired excepting a piece from house number 120 to 134. The road of this piece is broken and need repairs. Moreover interlocking tiles were fixed on the footpath by the side of the road excepting from house no. 120 to 134. These tiles may please be fixed on this remaining portion also.

Dear sir, i humbly to inform you that, 1 pan wala unauthorized capture place in front of my house, selling sabji and pan, bidi, masala. Everyday evening some drunker are gathering on his pan shop. Due to his shop road always choking. I request you sir please remove that shop and unauthorzed thela from that place.

We residents of godavari enclave, keshav nagar are submiting house tax on regular basis, but we are not getting basic services like sweeping, garbage collection etc. Sir please provide proper services in order to come up with this inconvenience. Please guide me to get all basic facilities of government. Our parshad is also not giving proper response.

We are living in sector 14 indira nagar lucknow, 2000 family live in sector 14. Lawaris aprox 5-6 dogs mooching around in this sector. When any children, me and any cow alone then 4 to 5 cover up and barking everyday. Suffering dog cut mutliple point also
So i am worried about lawaris dog in sector 14

I live in ruchi khand -2, mig-2, sharda nagar, near firagi kheda gaon, lucknow. We have constantly complained about the excess of cows and bulls in the locality but no actions are being taken and only they tell that your complain has been registered just a day before. The bulls are damaging our vehicles while they fight. Nobody comes here to see to it. And also the locality is so poluted with the garbage nobody comes here to see to it too even after complaining. Its a kind to see to the problem and resolve it as will create more of mess.

I am resident of srinagar colony near madiyao police station, sitapur road facing issue related to garbage collection. Everyone in this colony is paying monthly wages to nagar nigam for garbage collection but the employes of nagar nigam who collect garbage from srinagar colony, mohibillapur don't pick garbage daily and even they don't clean the gutter. Since 10 days no one has come to pick my garbage. On asking them also they don't show any interest. They come once in a week and always ask to increase their wages but are not regular. Please take the necessary steps required for the above as everyone in this area is disturb by their behaviour. And due to this people throw garbage in vacant plots making the area unhygenic and unfit for us to live.

In my colony (Shiv puram triveni nagar 3rd, near sai mandir) have too much garbage, no can come to clean that garbage. So, please tell someone to clean that garbage or provide us big garbage box.
(Important :- in left of my house, have one plot of someone he not selling their plot for more money and the boundary of that plot has been cracked and all the garbage is coming out. He is also not making wall. So, please help me).

Hello sir,
Garbage collecting employees are not coming to collect garbage in sindh nagar krishna near gopal nagar park. They only come 1 or 2 day in a month and when they want a monthly garbage collecting bill after that they wont come. We are feeling very helpless what to do. Alots garbage in home where we throw it. Please pay attention to this problem.

I am resident of 1/87 rashmi khand sharada nagar raibareily road lucknow under sharada nagar ward of lucknow nagar nigam. I am paying monthly charges to eco green. Since last three days eco green has not collected garbage from my home. Thus garbage is not being collected regularlyby eco green from my residence. Kindly ensure regular collection garbage.

This is a request to you people to please not to kill my dog. Nagar nigam has caught it yesterday just because some people of my area complained about her that she has bitted some people. They were lying. I know she's​ a bit friendly too much. They beat her so bad that day. She doesn't had a caretaker except my mother. She and i cannot just get over her. If possible leave her back here!!! But please do not kill her for god's sake. She's so innocent. She even doesn't used to eat anything else except those chapatis made by my mother. Please take care of her.

Nagar nigam lucknow ki taraf se bina hamare ghar ke measurement kiye hi house tax bill generate kar diya. Jo ki bahut jyada hai. Hamare area of house se bade area of house ka bill kam aaya hai.
Please is sambabdh me uchit karywahi karne ki kripya kare. Aur sahi measurement ke baad mera house tax bill generate kiya jaye. Jisse mai uchit tax pay kar saku.

Hi i am a resident of jankipuram sector h, lucknow. From past 4 weeks there is a construction going on for sewage, but the dirt and brick digged out are left as it in front of the houses. Due to this we are facing huge issue. Also various garbage got segregated over there.
Secondly, the front part of the society is also covered with huge amount of dirt.

Request you to take proper action on above mentioned problem and resolve it asap.

I live in lucknow, my ward is hazrat begham mahal bajrang bali ward. Garbage does not come 3 to 4 days. I have complained it many times. But no one has ever seen this. My contact no is [protected]. The garbage collector behavior is very bad. He goes without tearing waste.
