It's been three months that a stray dog keeps creating problems in our locality i. E. Gola ganj, jagat narayan road near christian college. The name of the apartment is r square. It has become extremely difficult for everybody living out here as when so ever anybody tries to move out of their flats he comee barking and tries to bite. It has become a daily affair.

Please help us as it is getting really difficult. Hope to get the help soon

I m residing at 160/2 chander nagar, alambagh, lucknow (Near chander nagar gurudwara). There is lot of garbage lying at the back of my house which is converting into a big heap by people on daily basis. It is emitting lot of foul smell with insects on it turning the environment unhealthy. The drains have not been cleaned since a long time and now there is water logging. Kindly get this cleaned at your earliest.

My house no.1/38, vikas khand, gomtinagar is situated just behind sahara plaza market. People coming to market & mass labourers going to patrakarpuram for their jobs to & fro including other passersby are almost continuously urinating by the side of one house falling just before my house (Not numberwise but by its location). As a result the drain fully filledup with urines flows towards my house. This is not merely causing irritation but has also put us in the worst unhygienic condition.
The situation is extremely grave & attracts immediate attention of appropriate authority of nagar nigam, lucknow.
In view of enumerated facts as mentioned above, i would request for immediate remedial solution by constructing one urinol (Not toilet) somewhere by the side of tarang banquet hall on the same road.
In the meantime, drain by the side between my house & the preceeding house i. E.30 m approx. Need to be fully filled up while urinol construction is started on top priority.
This is worth to mention that this drain is of no use at all & was also not existing earlier. Moreover such drain is never meant for use as sewage line which is actually happening in this drain & urine is flowing through it.
An immediate attention for early action shall be solicitated.

Sir, its a humble request to resolve the issue in my colony, many people are getting attacked by street dogs. As i am so serious about this because two children in my colony has lost lives. Some of the member have started calm the dogs by feeding dogs so that they can get familiar towards us and our society members but still no change has been seen in their behavior towards us. It seems that these dogs are mentally imbalanced. It does not even stop here, our elder's woke up early morning but they cannot go for morning walks because of these terror of street dogs. So it's a humble request to please resolve this issue or do something about this. Please sir give some special attention towards it.

We the residents of "deep vihar colony" would like to draw your kind attention towards the poor upkeep of roads and lights of the ground in our region. The lights have not been fixed for 6 months or so, everytime it gets fixed, either a single light or just the two out of the four lights are in working state. During the evening individuals frequently stagger down. Additionally, these pits give rearing ground to the mosquitoes. Hence there is an episode of mosquitoes in the area prompting the spread of dengue and malaria fever.

Due to the main ground lights not working in the area, there is a slight dimness in the area. The absence of proper light can also increase the chances of wrongdoing. (Even though we have security gates at both the entry points but still there is always a chance)

I, accordingly, request you to kindly take the necessary move to mend the ways so that people of the region have good streets and street lights.

I am a resident of l-2/570 vineet khand gomti nagar lucknow. Though the garbage is being collected but the streets of our colony are still littered with garbage and dry leaves. When garbage collectors are asked to pick up the leaves, they refuse saying that they will collect leaves later on. But even later they do not come pick those leaves and garbage up.

I would like to lodge my complaint about non functional street lights from tehri pulia till gudamba police station on kursi road since last two and a half months. The street lights are not functioning due to fault but non of the officials of nagar nigam has bothered to check the fault and get it repared. Similarly street lights in the inner roads of jankipuram garden are not functioning, roads are broken and the locality rarely cleaned with garbage everywhere. Number of times the complaints were logded online without any response.

This is to inform you that the residential area near lucknow zoo that is saket palli, mainly in front of bhuyan devi mandir is a hell to live. The boundary wall of zoo which is actulally a footpath has been encroached since 20years by lower class people which are a 24x7 nuicance and no action has action has been taken ever. These people use the drains that flow along our homes as toilets. The cows keep roaming and cow dungs keep lying at every inch of the road. There are many dogs too which keep barking day and night. God knows who will take this complain and do some action. There is no hearing of such problems that residents face day and night. The government has not ever seen this area or what? It is near zoo and is a part of the oldest city areas but no action has been taken ever in the past 20 years.

This is to do with the c block house no c 739 to c 757, the municipal corporation cleaner ms. Sunita cleans the road outside of the houses for only those who pay extra money ranging from rs. 50 to rs200 per house and leaves the house who do not pay her extra money.in addition she burns the garbage and leaves every day and pollutes the air causing breathing problem and other respiratory disease. Even on several request she is not stopping the practice. According to her she has no one to pick up the leaves, so she burns it.

Kindly look in the matter and solve the issue. It is causing health hazards and even govt. Rule do not allow burning of garbage.

I am facing problem of my home garbage which was not collecting by nagar nigam for last 7 - 10 days. I am complaining regularly to mr. Gupta m. No.{[protected]} in charge of this area. But till date no action has been taken by him. A lot of my home garbage is lying inside my home giving bad smell, germs and inviting decease's for my family.
It's a humble request to u. Kindly take action about it as soon as possible. And send people to collect my home garbage daily.

We are facing alot of problem due to leakage in water supply line from one month at shakti nagar, lucknow near rajat girls degree college in front of house no. 628/s-3, & 628/s-4 shakti nagar, lucknow. Now we are getting dirty water due to leakage in water supply line. You are requested kindly take necessary action upon this.

उपरोक्त विषयक सम्बन्ध में अवगत कराना है कि भवन सं० एल 1⁄356 सेक्टर बी का नियमतः प्रवेश दक्षिण दिशा की ओर है जबकि उक्त भवन स्वामी द्वारा अनाधिकृत रूप से प्रार्थिनी के भवन के गेट के सम्मुख दरवाजा खोला जा रहा है। महोदय‚ प्रार्थिनी के मकान के सामने नक्शे पर रोड 6 मीटर है परन्तु मौके पर केवल 5 मी० रोड है। पडोसी मकान के सामने 6 मीटर रोड है। उपरोक्त भवन एल १⁄356 की सीमा प्रारम्भ होते ही रोड १ मीटर कम हो गयी है। रोड 5 मीटर रह जाने से वैसे भी बहुत कन्जस्टेड है उसमें भी दबंगई करके एल १⁄356 भवन के स्वामी अनाधिकृत रूप से मेरे मकान के सामने दरवाजा खोल रहे हैं।
लगभग 17–18 वर्ष पहले उपरोक्त ने भवन निर्माण कराते समय दरवाजा रखने का प्रयास किया था जिसको प्रार्थिनी द्वारा प्रार्थना पत्र देने पर प्राधिकरण ने रुकवा दिया था।
अतः आपसे अनुरोध है कि इस अनाधिकृत दरवाजे को बन्द कराने हेतु तत्काल कार्यवाही करने की कृपा करें।

Hello myself nand kishore pandey r/o aman vihar new haider ganj rajajipuram lucknow. I want to file a complaint against sweepers of my society. No sweeper has been come for many days all the drains are full of garbage which increase the problem of mosquitoes and insects. Because of that the cases of dengi and chikenguniya are also increasing day by day. The condition is very severe so i request you to make it on priority and send some sweepers to clean the drain.

There is a regular problem of clogging of drainage and sewer near flora apartment (Opp. Aaina electrical works) at bank of baroda lane,, naka gurudwara road, lucknow. This is creating a big problem for the residents of the area suffering from health problems and bad smell all the time. Dirty water flowing on the road is creating problem for past few days. Previous complaints were resolved but for time being, but no regular solution to the problem was done due to which within a week the problem occured again. I request the responsible authorities to permanently sort the problem.

Street light (Halogen) in front of house no. 2/37 vikas nagar, lucknow was out of order for the last 2 months.in spite of several complaints lodged with the concerned authorities on phone, no action had been taken.
When i launched my complaint on consumercomplaints.in, action has been taken & street light was repaired but after 1 week it stopped working again.
I am regularly following up the matter with the incharge of street light department of nagar nigam, lucknow on their public mobile phone number provided but i receive only assurances.
Please do the needful.
