There are 9 stray dogs creating nuisance and inconvenience to all residents in my street, Srinivas Nagar, near SunFitQ gym. These dogs are chasing small kids and trying to bite them many times. Day and night these dogs keep on making noise and bite each other and always trying to catch chicken hen raised by nearby residents. These dogs even bit an old lady and are always a threat to senior citizens living in my street. Please catch these...

I am the resident of Brundavan Apartments, IDA, Ramanayya peta of Kakinada. In our area the stray dogs are creating severe tensions among the people. They are chasing the vehicles and trying the scare the people to pass in the regular roads. They are staying at the places where school children and old aged people generally pass by. My drinking water connection is disconnected because in heavy rain drain water closes to drinking water pipe now it's all k for for connecting plzz immediately give connection suffering without drinking water...

From one week we are facing problem with drinking water supply it smells like drain water and their are some dust particles we have given complaint but no proper response so please take immediate action on this...

Now a days, In our ward, 49B waste is collected on alternate days and sometimes once in 3 days. The wet waste is becoming an health hazard may pose health issues like Dengue, Malaria etc. in the coming days as mosquitos are in the ramphant increase because of the waste lying out side for 48 hours to 72 hours.

Few days back, waste is collected daily. Now it is not.
Kindly see that the waste is collected everyday to avoid...

This is complaint regarding street dog's. There are so many dogs in our area. Especially one dog become pyscho and biting every person. So many children's and elders are staying in this area. So please respond immediately and sort out this problem. Kindly do needful and clear the problem. I hope u people will do good service regarding this complaint.. Thanking you...

The people who are living in slum infront of our house they and their children are creating nuisance, when we try to inform to them they are quarrelling with us and repeating the same. please take action against of them....

Dear sir/madam,

We have received property tax notice where i have raised my concerns previously however it was never addressed.

Charged drainage charges where no drainage for our premise/street and i'm paying taxes for nothing that is been used for 5-6 years.
Charged water tax where no water/water taps were provided to us.

Could you please advise on what basis have you charged this to...

Street dogs throng this place as if they own it. I've been a resident here for an year. The street dog population has been on a rise ever since. They keep chasing people to the point of biting them. I myself have been chased quite a lot of times and have witnessed others being chased. I request the authorities to look into this issue...

We are residing at vasanthi nilayam sambamurthy nagar 5th line seven hills park road near sagar english medium school.in our area dust collecting persons are not coming regularly and we asked her why you are not coming regularly she replied in rude manner and advised me to compliant aganist her we request you to take necessary corection action aganist her and appoint new persons who discharge their duties perfectly....

People are facing the problem of orphan dogs and their stray on the main road. They are in numbers. Their groups are dangerous as they started attacking the passerby. They run towards motor bike which lead to many accident in the area. People lost their sleep as dogs bark whole night. This problem is headache as person who has night shifts facing worst situation.

I am requesting you to look on that matter as soon as possible....

Despite of application for water connection and having the line availability they are not proving the water connection.

We are struggling due to water problm and all these days (10 days) they escaped saying pipes are not available in the vicinity. But now the pipe availability is there so we applied for connection. Still they are delaying

As this area is having marshy & damp areas many snakes are frequent visitors. At least a snake bite a week is common here so In our street no street light night time ladies and senior citizens facing problem to rich the homes. Im writingthis letter to inform you about the garbage disposal infront of my house, with all my due respect it is very unclean and it also hurts the image of our society . The smell of the garbage is so irritating and it is also very embarrasing when guests come to our home or area . This rubbish disposal and vegitable wastage smell causing lousy environment, pollution and even the filling with garbage is polluted and leading us to many deseased with musquito presence .
I have already raised a complaint in secreatery / municipal office of tanuku but no action is taken yet . Therefore, I request you to once take a serious action .
All the residents are getting disturbed because of the issue .
I shall be thankful to you if you take action as soon as possible .

KMC People who usually comes to collect waste are only circling in our surrounding streets and not coming and collecting in our street from the past month. They come and collect when they want to once a week. We don't know which day, we keep garbage out every day and birds, dogs, stray cows destroy them. How do we keep a week worth of garbage at home. Please look into this and resolve this.

Drainage line was open with partial construction from 1 year there is no drainage construction

I am a resident of kakinada leaving in an apartment. We had a problem of overflowing septic tank earlier this year. Last time having a very bad and costly experience of septic tank cleaning, now I want to cautiously go with the muncipal corporation. Hence I went to Municipal office to enquire about septic tank cleaning, there they have told me to pay according to the loads required. Not knowing how many loads exactly are required and the urgent situation of overflowing septic tank, I have paid for one load expecting to stop the overflow first and next understand how many loads might be required to arrange the remaining payment. As kakinada is smart city I have expected a speed and prompt response, I am also wondered about how the billing people has no idea about the basic information like septic tank capacity, how many loads for Apartment or house, how many days to start work etc. Knowing the sensitivity of the issue I have no other option except to pay for the load get the job done. The billing section people said you have to pay for load and contact some other people who will assist me with the septic tank allotment. I was thinking my problem will be resolved now, not knowing that it had actually started. Now I have started to trying to contact the department concerned for septic tank cleaning, I have also used some muncipal officers help to find them which took 2 days. Ofcourse I can't find any department except a person phone number(after visiting ward sachivalayam) who told me that their higher one will call me and speak to me in detail. As this process is going on for 5-6 days with tank overflowing, I was forced to call private septic tank for cleaning. I know the stories they tell about cleaning with bio-gas and charge separately in kgs (usually 90kgs/tank, Rs 120 per kg) and Rs 3000 per load, the sensitivity of the issue is such that nobody has any clear information about the process and have to suffer. The private septic tank cleaning people came next day and said the same story but this time I asked them to take only water from septic tank, which is covered in load payment. I was thinking that the remaining cleaning will be done by Muncipal people as I have already made payment for Municipal septic tank cleaning. The septic tank was emptied half after 1 load and the private operator requested/begged for one more load to finish it, I have restricted him from doing so as I have already made 1 load payment for Muncipal septic tank. After 2-3 days I have got a call from some person saying that as I have made payment for septic tank cleaning they will send me tank after telling them about the details of my house. I told him this is a residential apartment, instantly that person said it would take 5/6 loads to clean. I was shocked because as per my thinking it would take 1/2 loads maximum. I informed the same to him and even told him that we had 1 load cleaned by the private operator. He still insisted that i have to pay for 5/6 loads and then only he will be sending the septic tank. Even I requested him so much to send the tank for only 1 load as I have made the payment. I didn't understand what to do and contacted the ward member for help, he instantly spoke to the person and convinced him for 3 loads which was informed to me. Hoping that the issue will be resolved if I pay for another 2 Tank loads, I have made the payment. Now the problem gets worse, As this smartcity has only one septic tank with them which has to be repaired. It might take 7-10 days and after that 10-15 days and more as informed by the muncipal person. After repeated follow-up for one month, at last the vehicle has come with insufficient pipe (100 feet) and now I might have to pay for extra pipe. My question is the private operators are carrying 200-300 feet pipe along with the vehicle without knowing about the town planning, compared to muncipal corporation building plan approvals and knowing the minimum distance to septic tank for all the apartments septic Tank which would be located at the backside of Apartment. I told them that there will be no payment for extra pipe, they leaved the apartment saying will come after finding some more pipe. I have waited for some more days and the person telling me can't do anything without pipe. After some days I informed him that I would pay for the extra pipe also. He still says that it can't be done as there is no extra pipe available. I have lost my patience after making my payments on 13/7/23 and 27/7/23 and asked him that I will take refund from muncipal corporation. He said that it is not possible to take refund once the payment is done even after work is not done. I came to know that the municipal corporation is hiring the private septic tank vehicles for doing the same work and informed him the same, he insisted it can't be done. Hence my Rs 6000 was held with muncipal corporation after these many days of fighting for nothing. After this long story I hope that you understand my pain and I am answerable to my Apartment people for being president to the same. I hope that this issue gets resolved without any further escalatins needed.

I am a resident at 63-7-7, Dhindi Residency, Dwarakanagar, Kakinada. we are facing problems with an unhealthy street dog. It used to sleep in my apartment steps daily. It has some skin diseases and bad flesh smell from it.
Hence kindly please take the necessary steps to shift the dog from there to rescue the helths of residents who lived around the Dwarakanagar, Kakinada.
