Respected sir,
This is to inform you that there is a troop of almost 30 monkeys that has surrounded our building. They are cutting our wires aur invading into our houses. They are stealing our food and our belongings and we are even not able to send our children out. They are running and shouting across our building and we are even not able to sleep at night. Please come and help us get rid of them.

My sebar line is jam before 1 month. I also complain to nagar nigam of my zone but there is no reply from that side till now. Plz we are so much suffer from it. Road in jankipuram extension, sector 5, near atal chauraha is in a very bad condition from almost 10 months, and even after complaining many times, no action has been taken and the condition hs become very bad, creating trouble for local residents, and the trucks pssing from the area has made the condition worse with dust and pollution every where. Please help to resolve the concern as road is also in pathetic condition.

In my locality there are many stray dogs, now there is trouble in moving out because recently twice they tried to jump over my little daughter. Most of the times they are hungry and may be out of that they chase small children. Kindly do the needful

This to inform you that the street light opposite my house number 20 shankar nagar, nirala nagar, lucknow is not working for last several weeks. It is very dark here in the foggy winter. All other nearby street lights are working, but that doesn't make sufficient light my street.

Hi team

We residents of e-block raja ji puram face so many issues due to 20-25 wild dogs roaming around the houses. It is very dangerous as they may bite anyone be it child senior citizen youngster or an adult. All these wild dogs needs to be caught asap and taken to a safe place away from the resident area.
Also these dogs get into houses if they find the doors open and that too in a group. This is really dangerous for everyone.

Please assist in getting this sorted.

Everyday there's an open burning of heavy amount of garbage (Thermacole, plastics etc) in large quantity which is very poisonus for health for students as well as nearby residents.
Rooms eventually get filled with dust and poisonous smoke.
The koodawalas dump waste and burn... Lane situated at the 2nd gate of kasturba kanya inter college, saadatganj, lucknow.

Kindly look into the matter which is of grave concern. We shall be highly grateful.

The internal road between house no.2/186 to 2/201 was renovated in the month of february 2017 without scrapping the existing damaged surface, which started wearing out within very short period of one or two month. The complaint for the same were lodged on www.jansunwai.up.nic.in vide no. [protected], [protected] & [protected] at several interval. Finally the inspection was done of the said road and nagar nigam lucknow ordered for laying of sdbc layer, which was laid by the contractor in mid night of probably 15/11/2017 again without scrapping the old damaged surface causing, increase of road level in respect of plinth of the houses. This time again it started wearing out of the sdbc layer at several places within a week time. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

Please note that unlimited amount of water is being drained by chung fa restaurant, in gole market, mahanagar. The water flows all the way untill the end of the road, making it difficult for the shop owners to run their business and turning out to be a hindrance for the customers in their purchases. Moreover this is leading to birth of lot of mosquitoes and other unnecessary health issues to everyone around. Please take a look at the pictures and take an immediate action to stop this filth.

Dear sir,
We at 14/626 murad ali lane, nai basti udaiganj lucknow, are reeling under severe water crisis. Most neighbours have installed submersible pumps so they are not affected as us, who do not have a submersible pump installed. For the past 2 month water supply is very erratic. Initially we got water for about 20 to 30 mins at around 10pm everyday and that was all that we got. But in the last 30 days we have received water supply only 20 to 30 lts. Once on 1/5 for about an hour since then there has been no supply of water. Kindly do the needful to help us out of this crisis.

I am resident of vikrant khand 3/229, gomti nagar lucknow. I draw your attention to waste collection by ecogreen. According to the employees of the above company only vip areas they collect the waste before 10am. They insist us not give waste to them. I think they have some connections with the private person collecting waste from this area and getting some commission from him. Any way we are forced to give the waste to the private person who comes every day in time and clean the road. This is for your information and necessary steps against the company. Thanks rishikeshan

प्रार्थी एक जनसेवक है जिसके द्वारा आपको अवगत कराना है कि जल संस्थान, लखनऊ, जोन-4 में पम्प ऑपरेटर पद पर कार्यरत कर्मचारी अमरनाथ सिंह के द्वारा विभागीय अधिकारियों से सांठगांठ कर जल संस्थान के कामता, चिनहट स्थित नलकूप प्राँगण (कामता पानी टंकी) में कर्मचारियों के लिये बने आवास पे जो किसी अन्य कर्मचारी को दिया गया है पिछले कई सालों से अवैध कब्जा कर लिया गया है जबकि कर्मचारी अमरनाथ सिंह को एक अन्य सरकारी विभागीय आवास सेक्टर-9, पानी टंकी में पहले से ही विभाग द्वारा दिया गया है जहां उसका परिवार पहले से ही रह रहा है।
अतः महोदय के संज्ञान में लाना है कि एक कर्मचारी द्वारा दो-दो जगह पे सरकारी आवास पे कब्जा पूर्णतः नियम विरुद्ध व अवैध है।कृपया मामले का संज्ञान लेते हुए उचित कार्यवाही कर कामता पानी टंकी परिसर का सरकारी आवास कब्जा मुक्त कराने की कृपा करें।

I am a resident of b-104, sector-c, mahanagar, lucknow. Every day in the evening a number of food vendors are causing encroachment outside my house. Dirty disposable plastic plates, glasses and left over food waste is lying outside my house. The customers park there vehicles in front of my gate and it is becoming every day nuisance. People are drinking alcohol in their cars along with the food. Often there are fights among the vendors. All this is spoiling the peace and calm of the area. I have complained several times to the municipal corporation of lucknow but no action was taken. I request the concerned authorities to take action so that these vendors are removed from outside my house.

There is a very huge and tall ashoka tree in front of my house which has overgrown and must be more than a 100 years old. Hence there is a great danger to life and property in all the neighbouring area as well as the busy road of mahanagar gol market area.in case the tree falls due to storm, earthquake or tremors there will be a very huge casualty. There is icici bank as well as two other showrooms across the road. I request the concerned authorities to take action so that the tree is removed in the interest of the safety of my family and the general public.

This is a reminder to the earlier lodged complaint regarding the above mentioned subject. It was told by the contractor or supervisor that the footpath area where the dismantled debris is dumped will be cleared at the earliest. We waited for about a month after which the original complaint was lodged. Of late through reliable sources it has come to our knowledge that the full and final payment for the work to the contractor has already been settled. Under such a circumstance no further action can be asked for from the contractor. The debris is piling by the day as local residents are dumping their refuse in the darkness after dusk. This is certainly not adding to swachh bharat mission. Please look into the matter and do the needful and oblige. Thanks with best wishes. Debasis mallick

There is water leakage from underground in our footpath outside the residents since two weeks still no action has been taken by any municipal workers or authority. Kindly look into the matter because water is wasting a lot and supply of water is not sufficient is as well cause of it. Sabhasadh raju gandhi has been made about the matter as well but there is no response out of it.

Please close the illegal pipilines at lekhraj market a block indura nagar. Lucknow.Up.

There are several illegal point which are always open.Water is regularly wasted 24 hours.
The main pipeline leakage are infront of icici bank.
They are using pipelines witout any tap

I am residing in vikram nagar manak nagar alambagh, lucknow, here local garbage collector is not coming regularly while once in 3-4 days and also always be in hurry and behaving like we would stand at our gate all the time to give garbage. He just come, wistle and run away within seconds. Sometimes person gets slipped out while running to catch him.
