Sir, street lights of patel nagar alambagh are not working. Darkness prevailing, this may lead to some illegal activities. Kindly make them working. These lights are not working from a very long time and nobody is even bothered to take a look into this matter. As the evening prevails the whole area becomes dark. This is very risky for all citizens of this area.

Updated by Param deep Sir, street light in Patel Nagar opposite adarsh park and opposite jeo mobile tower is almost tilted in such a way that the light is not able to scatter properly on the entire area as a result half area is still Suffering darkness.kindly look this matter.As this matter is very important some residents nearby influence lineman, they request him to title street light so as to get the whole light.Due to this other area suffers darkness.

    Dear Team,
    It's has been very disappointing that the water supplied in our area is not clean. It is yellowish in colour which itself is an indicator of bad water purification system through which it is cleaned. Apart from that water supplied here has a mild pungent smell which also raises the question on water purification system in lucknow. Therefore, I request you to please consider this problem very seriously as a lot of families including mine is dependent on this supplied water. Before this uncleaned water started creating any ill effects on health, I urge you to take a step further to improve the quality of water.

      Dear sir,

      We are resident of sector 25 indira nagar lucknow. It is a residentical colony of cimap's scientist.
      In front of our house numbers 38 to 42 sewage water is continously flowing. Inspite of our several personal complaints to our sabhasad and jalnigam office in sector 19, no action has been talent so for. The sewage water is smelling very bad and may result in communicable diseases, hence request you to kindly take prompt action in this regard.

      They are biting many on going bikers and cycle riders.
      They have also bite 2 children

        At my house H.No C-237, South City, yesterday due to heavy rain water got logged into my house and sewer was overflowing. It made dificult for my family to stay inside the house. luckily afer some time rain stopped and water depleted. I want you to assign some sweeper who can do thorough cleaning of inside drain so that water doesn't get logged in future.

            I live in vishal khand gomti nagar.
            A few days back the water supplier came to our house and asked us to sign on a paper and when we asked about the supply he said now he will regularly supply water, yet today he did the same.
            We only get two time water supply in morning and night for two hours each at 7:00. But he today cut the supply at 8:00.
            Please see to it and try to improve the supply durations also.

              I am a resident of 1/56, sector-H, Sahara state - Kursi road (balda road), jankipuram. The street light installed on the divider in front of our house is not working since its installation for about 1 year. I complained several times in nagar nigam and they informed that it is still not in their purview. The authority resides to LDA. So it is my humble request to take necessary action in this regard and repair the light as soon as possible.

                This is to inform you that i harish gurnani resident of balmiki marg, lucknow. I want to say that waste and garbage have been accumulated near my house area. It have become very much unsafe as it produces a bad smell and had once caught fire also which is again a dangerous thing. Also it is looking very dirty and uncomfortable. So, we need one garbage box for that.
                The sketch of the areas that need cleaning attached with this application.

                We have once complained but was not overhead so i, therefore, request you to kindly arrange for required cleaning and oblige.

                Dear sir ... ghar ke saamne ki naali hai jo ki kabhi saaf nahi hoti hai safai karamchari se kaha to wo bhi nahi sunti hai sirf road par jhadu laga kar chali jati hai nali me bahot jayada silt jama hai aa kar khud dekh sakte hai ...[protected].

                    1.The road coneecting Kursi Road to Char number chauraha in Sector 'H' Jankipuram is not being cleaned on regular basis.
                    2. The alongside row houses is full of polythene bags and other filth generated by the 'SUBJI MANDI' illegally operating on the road divider and other illegalencroachers.
                    3.The so called contractor of Jyoti Envirotech is applying different & arbitrary rates for "Koora" collection from houses.

                    This is a serious hurdle in " Swach Bharat" & "Smart City" abhiyan by Govts of India & UP.

                      This is regarding the water supply of area- triveni nagar 2nd, sitapur road.Lucknow.
                      Residents of triveni nagar have been facing an acute water shortage for the last three days. There is no water supply in this area from last three days.
                      So many residents of this area has lodged the complain but still problem not resolved yet.

                        Some agency is digging road opp. House no 551jha/5 on Alambagh, kanpur road and waterline connecting main line and house have been got broken and apprx 50 houses are not getting water supply for last one week. Nobody is listening and residents are suffering for a week. Get it repaired urgently.

                        आपसे निवेदन है कि प्राथी का निवास सेक्टर 11 गायत्री मार्किट के निकट है ।

                        श्रीमान जी यहाँ की सभी सीवर लाइन चोक है लगभग 3 महीने से ।

                        और कई बार शिकायत करने पे भी कोई अधिकारी सुनने को तैयार नही है ।

                        और सीवर ओवरफ्लो हो रहा है।

                        श्रीमान उचित कार्यवाही करने की कृपया करे।

                          In my area, rifa colony new haiderganj garbage disposal is improper as it is collected in a plot nearby and as a result mosquitoes grows and also road requires maintainence which is very dangerous.. It also makes people foul smell and also road is improper which makes passage difficult... And also the drain water is not going well as a pound is near my area in which water is collected and from there no water goes to other as a result it chokes drain and groing misquitoes... I also complain to nagar nigam but no response... Plz take some action to solve this and also do something about this pond which is growing day by day and makes difficul... Some time ago it is filling by soul but now it stops...

                            I applied for name change in nagar nigam on date 25 feb 2017, and deposited name change fees with all the document required for name change process. One notice issued by nagar nigam for insepction on date 25 feb 2017. Both document copy i have attached as an attachment.
                            After one month i got confirmation...

                            Respect sir /ma'am
                            Regretfully it is to inform that we are not reviving water in our coloney as we required. We get water only once in a day morning or evening only for 10 to 20 min. We are very much suffering from this problem.
                            Also we have to use Tullu pumps inspite of that we do not get water, we are not getting the water for drinking and for making food, how can we feed up our small children. So I request you to kindly look into the matter and provide us the water supply as soon as possible

                              Im a resident of gomti nagar vishwas khand but for an extremly long time there is no one coming to take garbage from houses... Some time private guys use to come but they use to come after a week but nagar nigam peopler suppose to come daily at least they should come alternate days.
                              Kindly process the very small petition else matter will be more uplifted t higher aurthorities

                                  Sewer water leakage is contaminating the drinking water in my house. I have registered complained (three times) in Nagar Nigam. Each time they use to provide a reference code and phone number of person who will resolve the issue but the concerned person is not picking phone and when I have checked status of first complain it is showing that it has already resolved. I have called to nagar nigam again and told them that no one has visited the place but status of complaint is showing resolved. Customer Care agents has registered my complain again, and they have provided a complaint number and the same phone number to resolve the issue. but again the person is not picking call and Nagar Nigam costumer care has refused to register any complain against employee.

                                    Dear sir,
                                    I am residing at h.no. 439 Aradhana Udyan II Rbl Road Lucknow. Road leading h. no. 439 to 432 is badly damaged. You are requested to get repaired as soon as possible so that water lodging at our residence can be solved. Accident may happen on every season when vehicle passing through on this road. Concrete of this road are removed. Old people and children are getting injured daily.

                                      This is in reference to the above cited subject I have to submit here that I am a registered house property holder of Lucknow Nagar Nigam and having User ID with valid password.

                                      In view of the above it is to bring to your notice that for last 1 month I am not able to login with my user ID and password, which is causing me delay of house tax payment for the year[protected]. In this context kindly expedite your valuable suggestion, so that I may able to pay my aforesaid house tax as early as possible please.

                                      The street light infront of my House M-205A, Aashiana Colony is not working . PLease arrange to replace or repair it urgently . Further, except this pole there are sodium lights please also provide sodium bulb on this pole.
