Respected sir,
I am Parul Sonkar, living at C-2821/1, Ram Tara Sadan, Meena Bakery Road, Rajajipuram, Lucknow. I want to bring to your consideration that a very strong tree branch is fallen and hanging onto the electricity wires and on my balcony.
Kindly, please get it removed from there as it can lead to many destructions and can also cause death.
I made a complaint 2 days back, two persons came to remove the tree, but due to unforeseen problem, noone is there in the house and those persons marked the problem as resolved.
Kindly, get the branch removed from electricity wires and also needed trimming of the tree as it's branches are not very strong and may fall in coming rainy season.

Your workers has cleaned the sewer but waste not disposed properly. They collected waste on front of our house D-1248, Indira Nagar, Lucknow. This is being done repeatedly every time the chamber is being opened causing huge inconvenience to us. Kindly resolve the issue immediately & sincerely.
