This is to inform you that in front of my house i. E. 2/293 vijay khand, gomti nagar, lucknow there is one mainhole whose lid is missing from several days although i have already visited their office in gomti nagar but they took no action against my complaint.
Therefore it is my humble request that please take any action against my complaint as it very dangerous for the pedestrians in night as well as for the drivers too.

Sir, with due regards I want to submits that in front of my house a drain was raised but by the some people of the localitty the same was encraoched due to which dirty waters is being collected there which led to many disease. The applicant has made svral request to concern official for removal of encroachment over drain but nothing has been done.
Therefore I request you to kindly take proper/drastic action against the persons who choked drain and assured that proper cleaning of drain will be done.

Sir, my area sweeper didnt clean the street in footh path in front of my shop bcaz he is demanding 50-100 rs per day for cleaning and we refuse to pay the unnesary demand of him, kindly find the pic i m attaching with this complain

Dear Sir, This is to bring your kind notice the irregularities in cleanig and disposal of garbage in the above mentioned locality even though their is residence of a PCS(J) -ADJ and a PCS- ARTO, officers, and very sad to inform that garbage is dumped in front of their house. Only two or sometimes three times a week sweeping staff visits and that too not perform their duty properly. Their are also nuicence of stray animals of illegal dairies running in the region.

i request you to kindly take necessary action in solving the compliaint.

I am locality of Krishna Nagar (ashutosh nagar) here cows are moving here and there and doing potty in the front of the gate or on road and I was tired to clean the dirt but now road had also reconstructed so please take action I WISH THAT YOU SHOULD TAKE ACTION ABOUT THIS

This is to bring to your awareness regarding the pathetic condition of Road in front of my house, I am resident of C-117, Sector M, Aliganj. My home is besides main road and there are couple of manholes which are lying uncovered and are prone to serious accidents, in the past 4-5 days 6-7 people have been seriously/mildly injured because of the same.

Despite several reminder to the local authorities no action has been taken yet, I would be highly obliged if you can ensure timely maintenance/repair of the same.

This is to bring your notice towards the unauthorised parking in crowded Aminabad market. As this is not the first time I went to aminabad, so as always, i parked my 2 wheeler at hanuman mandir road and asked for the parking ticket. But the guy said that he doesnt have tickets and cautioned me that i'll have to pay rs 30 for my 2 wheeler. The parking space was already packed leaving little space for few vehicles. I was left with no other option but to park my scooty there. So, I request the concerned authority to look into the matter and put a halt to this malpractice.

Near children's world academy school
I asked nagar nigam employee to clean it up they said i am coming and they never came to clean it up. Today they came but they sweep near school i mentioned above but they didn't sweep one hand infront of my house it is looking so bad lots of mosquitoes and fly's were there lots of disease can be caused from it so, this is my kindly respect to you please get cleaned it as soon as possible.

I am a resident of nehru vihar, kalyanpur locality... There is very massive increasing cases of dengue and chikungunya in our area and no mosquito fogging has been done since the disease has spread in the city. More than 200 cases are reported in last month and still thedengue menace is not under control. Gutters and nalas are open so, mosquito keep on breeding, and no one is bothered about our pathetic conditions. I humbly request to do mosquito fogging drive in our area asap. Please save us... We will be highly obliged to you

This complaint is regarding litter thrown on road by a resident on daily basis in sector 14, the road in internal colony road and it is connecting road of kharagpur village. Please look the matter on urgent basis and resolve the issue. The resident is not listening and on daily basis throwing litters on road. Whenever nabhours requested for not throwing litters on the road the lady started fighting with everyone.

Especially, at night, it becomes impossible to sleep for the whole of colony due to continuous barking of these stray dogs.

01. Hitherto (As per past practice) the garbage from the garbage dump near lmc primary school kaiser bagh lucknow, was loaded in a truck parked close to garbage dump through a dumper.
02. But from the last 10 to 15 days the truck for loading of garbage is being parked on the main road at a distance of about 35 meters from the garbage dump (Situated near lmc primary school kaiser bagh lucknow). The dumper with garbage travels about 35 meters with garbage for loading the same on the truck causing:-
(A) traffic james on the main cantonment road, near good bakery.
(B) the left over garbage from the garbage dumper spread through out the length of 35 meters causing bad odor and health hazard to the residence living nearby.
03.in view of above, you are requested to issue instructions to the concerned staff so that truck for loading of garbage is parked near the garbage dump as per past practice.

Dear Sir, the cleaning staff of Ganesh Ganj First Lane is not working properly. Complete lane and Nalis are chocked and blocked. Complete mohalla is on stake due to unhygiene which is also a major reason of spreading dengue.
Sir please look into it and take necessary action for the cleanliness of Ganesh Ganj First Lane. Please direct concern to do the needful.

Manhole in front of plot no.C-61 in Sector G of LDA Colony Kanpur Road scheme is not having its cover for few months. Pl. do the needful .

I am writing this complaint against the cleaning staff allotted to the area Indira Nagar, Lucknow-226016.

It's is very pathetic situation for all o[censored]s to store the garbage of past 8days. Inspire of calling to the toll free Number of Nagar Nigam regularly, we Did not get the solution of this. Every time we call to the number asking for the cleaning staff, there is only one response from the coordinator- "Dekhte hain".

The cleaning staff Did not come from past 8-9days. This is a humble request to please look into this issue as soon as possible.
