विषय – सार्वजनिक गली में बना नाजायज सेप्टिक टैंक ध्वस्त करने हेतु प्रार्थना पत्र
महोदय,
सादर निवेदन है की मेरे मकान के उत्तर में 10 फिट की सार्वजनिक गली है यह मेरा मकान का पिछवाड़ा है इस गली में प्रार्थी के मकान का एक दरवाजा तथा खिडिकियाँ लगी हुई हैं इसमे मेरे मकान के पीछे की तरफ आने जाने का रास्ता है इसी गली में मेरे पड़ोसी सुरेश कुमार शुक्ल पुत्र गंगा विष्णु निवासी मकान नंबर 569 क/213 स्नेह नगर आलमबाग लखनऊ का भी दरवाजा खिड़की लगा हुआ है तथा उनके घर आने -जाने का रास्ता भी है इन दोनों मकानो के मध्य 10 फिट की सार्वजनिक गली में मेरे पड़ोसी सुरेश कुमार शुक्ल ने नाजायज तरीके एवं दबंगई से लेट्रीन का गंदा पानी डालने हेतु सेप्टिक टैंक का निर्माण करवा दिया था जो अब अंदर से लीकेज हो चुका है जिसके कारण मेरे मकान में लगातार सीलन आ रही है और मेरे मकान को नुकसान पहुँच रहा है ।
चूंकि सार्वजनिक गली में सेप्टिक टैंक बनाना कानूनी अपराध है मेरे मकान में लगातार सीलन आने के कारण भविष्य में मकान को काफी क्षति होने का खतरा है इस प्रकरण में कई बार शिकायत कर चुके है लेकिन कोई कार्यवाही नहीं हुई।
अतः उपरोक्त गंभीर समस्या को देखते हुए इस सर्ववजनिक गली मे बने सेप्टिक टैंक को ध्वस्त करने की कृपा करें।

With reference to above this is to inform you that my neighbour (Poonam nathani-r/o e-1866) has blocked his drainsnflow & her tenants and herself are creating filthiness in the surroundings & water is logging in the drains. It is requested kindly open the blocked drains & clean the drains in view of epidemics due to mosquitoes & garbage.

Kindly do the needful.

Pl.tell about the expected possession date of this project.I Have Booked a flat in year 2010 in LDA most prestegious project .according to them they have to give the possession in year 2013.still waiting for possession.right now paying the rent as well as EMI for the same.two years back got the letter from LDA for giving the possession in year 2015.but still waiting.no response from LDA.trying to contact several times in LDA, but nobody gives any response.

Pl .advise for the same.

Dear sir I am serving in the Indian Navy and presently posted at vishakhapatnam. I own a flat no 207 at utkarash bldg, Krishna lok, phase I, kanpur road which is rented to Mr Gagendar Singh. For last one year he is unable to pay the electricity bill, as bill is erratically comming as 55 to 68 lakhs. Request necessary action to resolve the issue. Thanking you in anticipation.

Road side nala adjucent to boundry walls of Vikas Nagar colony i.e. City Bus Route from Sect 1 upto Sect 5 has not been cleaned for the last 4-5 yrs. As a result decomposition of waste garbage a foul smell come out which may spread a epidemic. Rainy season is a head, rainy water will flow on roads instead of in Nalas which will erode the roads causing financial expenditure on nigam to repair, side by side a health hazard and in convenience to public. Actually all the nalas should be cleaned within May not in June when it rains.Hope a timely actionwd be taken.

Sir, I am a resident of 4th lane of Kishor Vihar colony near petrol pump, Campbell road, Lko-3. There is no flow in the road side drains since a long time.The manholes provided on the sewer line laid along the road are also oozing out. The stagnated water of the drains is stinking and creating health hazard.The overflowing drains have also reduced and damaged the roads and creating problem for the residents and commuters.
I, therefore request you to kindly look into the total drainage system of the area . sincere ly and solve this irritating problem.Thanks

It is to inform the concerned authority that Nala behind police Chowki, New Hyderabad is open from many years . It has become a source of infection and diseases, a cause of mosquito breeding .Since it is adjoining my residence all mosquitoes and v. bad smell have made the environment suffocating and disgusting.
TOP PRIORITY MAY KINDLY BE GIVEN FOR COVERING THE NALA WITH CEMENTED SLABS.
People and even sweeper is dumping the garbage into it. Sweeper during the morning time burns the garbage by the side of my house because of which lot of smoke enters into my house and we find it difficult to breathe eventhough restriction has been imposed by nagar nigam for burning.
Instructions may kindly be given to safai Karamcharis not to burn the garbage near my house and keep the locality clean.

I live in naya gaoneast model house. Yaha na koi safai karta hai na koi na koi guttar saaf karta hai ek kutta 2 din se yaha road pe mara padha hai but koi nhi usko hata raha ghar k bahar ek naali hsi usme itna kudha bhara hai ki badbu atihai bacho ko infection hone ka khatra hai hum ye sab english mein bhi likh sakte the par hundi mein likha kiyu ki hindi mein jo baat samjhai jai wo zyda samajh aati hai vote lene k waqt sab kaam karwate hai uske baad sab gayab

Hi the road outside my house is in a very bad condition there is also an open naala which is adjoining the road and is a threat to commuters many a times vehicles have fallen in it plus it is also a source of insects etc .request the concerned department to do the needful a good road with dust free footpath (interlocking tiles) and covering of the naala is required.

Naaliyon ka paani road par aa rha hai aur bht jyda gandagi ho rhi hai jiske karan aaye din mohalle me ladai hoti hai . Safai walon se complain kro and request kro fir bhi wo idhr nhi aa rhe hai aur yaha bht hi preshni ho rhi hai iske liye maine safai walon se kaha to wo aj kal aj kal krke taal dete hai aur idh koi nhi aata.
Aapse meri request hai ki aap please iss par koi action le .

Sir, owners of chauhan loha bhandar regularily threats the commuters on picnic spot road, vikas nagar, lucknow opp fatimi masjid.
His storage of construction meterial for sale can be seen on any occassion covering the foot path and road side which hampers safe use of metal road.
All the pavement nallah and covered by nagar nigan has been broken by his every day truck unloading.
Many a times he received warnings and his material has been lifted by authorities but he never heeds the warning, his son often beats the passer by on any pretext and his dog often bited commuters.
Kindly this may be taken care of as he creates menace everyday.
His all surrounding is feadup with his sercastic attitude.

Beech road par pani ki boring.
Dear sir, meri coloney bari jugoli, near shukla atta chakki, gomti nagar, lucknow, ke pas me ek adami (Pokhariya ji ke bagal vale makne me) sarak par pani ki boring kara raha hai, puri sarak usne khod di hai aur rasta pichale 3 din se band kar rakha hai. Jisase hum sabhi coloney ke logo ko bari asuidha ho rahi. Puri sarak par bara sa hole kar diya hai aur rasta block kar diya, sir hum coloney vale janana chahte hai ki beech sarak par koi personal pani ki boring kara sakta hai, jaisa ki vaha adami kara raha hai, kripya hum sab logo ki problam solve kare. This is to bring to your kind information that i shekhar singh, resident of 988 manas nagar, aasha ram bapu marg, kanpur road, lucknow.
I have been writing to all the departments of nagar nigam but still no action has being taken regarding removing of garbage completely removed from infront of my house.
I had already complained to nagar nigam via complaint no. C-18367/300116 dated 30th january 2016 regarding the garbage dump infront of my house.

However a sweeper from nagar nigam mr. Phoolchand contacted us and promised that he will clean the entire area daily and get the garbage complete removed from infront of my house, but he only came to sweep the road only on sundays i. E once a week.

This once a week cleaning only happened twice and phool chand came on his own but later we had to ring him up on his mobile no. [protected] to request him to clean the area.

All the more when we questioned him on his irregularity as to why he did not come, the reasons given by him are as under:-

1) “ hamari duty mahotsav mein lagi lai”

2) “ kisis ki ladki ki shadi hai wahan safai zarori hai”

3) “hamare pass aadmi kam hain is liye rooz nahi aa payenge”

4) “kooda hatana hamara kaam nahi hai”

5) “hum chute par hain”

And now he does not show even up to sweep the area.
The mosquitoes are breeding and it has become very difficult to live in such a dirty environment. The situation is such that you can’t even sit on the terrace or balcony for 10 minutes because the mosquitoes will attack and eat you away. Before going to bed we have to lit 2 mosquito coils in one room to sleep peacefully. If nothing is done then the people of this area will suffer from serious diseases like dengue, malaria, yello fever, chikungunya etc.

This is my humble request to you to kindly help me so that the concerned department and authorities get the garbage completely removed from infront of my house and send the garbage collecting vehicle in my lane (Gali) to collect the garbage daily so that the people can dispose off the garbage of their houses in that vehicle.

The gali is also in such a bad shape that its is difficult to drive a two wheeler also. Maurang and gitti have been dumped by someone leading to blocked drains and stagnant water.

I had purchased this house 2 years ago and shifted in from past 4 months.In this period i have noticed that no care has been taken for the development and maintenance of the area.

I will be highly obliged if authorities could be instructed to look into the upkeep and maintenance of not only my gali but also all the gali where every person is facing the same problem.

Looking forward towards concrete action from your side.

Please provide mobile van for door to door kura picking in vrindavan yojna sector 6A. there is much problem to agency because comes only one in seven days.
if possible please provide and if not due to legal points please inform me .please also suggest to colony residents to solve this problem

Dear concerned,

It may please be cleared that the person appointed by lucknow nagar nigam to collect the garbage from homes of sector-g, lda colony kanpur road, lucknow is appointed to collect the garbage on daily basis or once in a week?

Because here practice of collecting the garbage once in a week is being followed which is unhygienic and an invitation to diseases.

Dear management, please look into the matter and needful action is required...

More then 5 years passed but no improvement in ravi khad sharda nagar roads. Very dirty parks, peoples are using parks like dustbin. There is a lot of changes in lucknow within 5 years. But there is not changes in ravi khad sharda nagar roads.

Please do the needful asap..

I, colonel jk jauhari, am resident of 16 akanksha, udyan 1 eldeco, lucknow. I have lodged two written complaints about a broken rcc manhole cover between 16-17 akanksha and another just opposite and across the road. The complaints were handed over at jal sansthan office in eldeco shopping plaza.
It is now about two months since the complaint was given but no action has been taken so far,
