2 days back Nagar Nigam has cleaned drainage but did not disposed the waste & same waste going back in same drainage along with rainy water and also spreading in front of houses making road dirty.
Please arrange to dispose waste immediately to avoid risk of spreading mosquitoes & diseases among residents.

ठेकेदार द्वारा मनमानी कार्य किया गया सीमेंट नाम मात्र ही डाली गई जिसका नतीजा ये है कि एक हफ्ते भर में ही गली में पूरी मौरंग हल्की बारिश में ही बहने लग गई, निर्माण होते समय कोई भी इंजीनियर झाँकने नहीं आया की कौन सा और कितना मसाला डाला जा रहा है, इसी प्रकार सीवर बनाते समय भी सीवर में मौरंग की जगह बालू का उपयोग किया गया, तथा सरकार के खजाने को आर्थिक चोट पहुँचाने की कोशिश की गई, जो की एक गंभीर अपराध है
अतः आपसे अनुरोध है कि उचित कार्यवाही करें

The street light between C 93 and C 94, Sector M, Aliganj, has not been working since the last 10days. During this heavy rainy season there are deep puddles on this poorly maintained road and lack of light has caused a few accidents also.
Please rectify the problem and also get the tree leaves surrounding the light removed so that the light is effective for the public.
This has been happening repeatedly,

At subject location the street light poles are almost in the middle of the road however unprotected, last Wednesday there was a fatal accident of a motor bike rider in the night.
These poles needs immediate relocation meanwhile atleast can be barricaded to avoid future dangers.

It's been really long time we're not getting enough supply of water in the sector k, Puraniya, Aliganj, Lucknow. This area really lacks in terms of water supply. We're getting water supply for like three hours or five hours after evening. The need of water is must in the morning time as everyone needs to leave for work and college and school. Day to day activities are also carried out in the morning time. Sometimes the water supply isn't there for a whole day. Twice or thrice in a week we don't get water supply.
This is resulting in too much problem for us and our neighbors too.
Kindly look into the problem and help us with some solution.

I m shiv shanker residence B2484 Indra Nagar B block mob no [protected] submit that we are facing dirty water supply since one month. All row residential home facing same problem.we approach many places but cant get solution.kindlt solve our problems.

Sewer problem in my area, the sewer is choked due to which the whole road is filled with waste water and mud.
The road is really pathetic from last 1 week and i have done 3 complaints already but no action taken yet.
Kindly look into this matter and do the needful as soon as possible.

Plot no: 411-J is used as Urinal ground by passerby.
It stinks and unbearable to live in the vicinity.
Water logging is another major issue thereby sewer water is flowing over the road.
Let a wide drainage could be made with the help of JCB machine so as people could not dare to jump over plot.
Hope, Nagar Nigam will take initiative quickly.

I am living Peeta puri, Khargone, Gomti Nagar EXTENSION AREA. In front of my house there is one house which has side wall in front of my house. In this Dengu seasons they are doing too much littering . Water looking is the main problem because all the water from his house come on the road . Also they had possession on extra 2 feet on side area of the house.
Please take actions ASAP.

In sector 'k' Aliganj, supply of water is very irregular. In the morning at 5:45am water supply was cut and since morning water didn't come, it was coming by 3pm . Due to this unusual thing our whole day get wasted, I'm a student and after returning from the school I had to wait for 3 hours to take bath, it's important due to pandemic, can't walk in house like that after coming from outside.Whole shedule get disturbed because of this can't study properly because after wasting 3hours I really get tired and it kill the enthusiasm of studying
Please do the needful.

Since past month we're facing acute water shortage. More air & mud than water is supplied. Supply pipes too are ancient. This is main road. Prime location - Jagat Narain Road/Kaiserbagh Bus Station area. Not interiors of old Lucknow.

We've been paying bills regularly including the arbitrary restrospective hike they did a few yrs ago. Despite this, there's no hearing for the matter. Officer's approach is casual "jab Gomti ka pani clear hoga tab regular supply milegi" one can either bang their heads or laugh at such unprofessional response!!

We're being forced to buy water by tankers for daily use. It's almost a situation where the state is unable to fulfill it's responsibility and thus is pushing people to install borewells in their premises (& make more money via charges, fines and whatnot).

On top of this we're being billed for sewer charge, which is not even existing on our road. There's no hearing for that either. They wont accept bill payments if one deducts this charge from the billed amount "aap uppar baat kijiye. Bill pur jama kijiye warna agle saal interest lag jayega"

When we complain of old pipes they ask us to get it done at our own cost by submitting road cutting charges to LNN - which I've been told are exorbitant. Not even exploring this option.

Being an ordinary citizen, Ive tried reaching the Mayor, MLA and MP through social media. No response.

Helpline numbers listed on this site do not exist.

Do we exist only to pay arbitrary bills? Does the state/LNN not have a responsibility to provide the basics for sustainace of life. If we don't exist who'll pay their arbitrary bills? No wonder a large number of people don't pay water tax. Situation is pathetic.
