Roads are in the most condition in which they can be. It is full of Potholes.
During even light rain, the water gets stored in potholes, causing a lot of inhygienic storage.
Their tax collecting website works like butter, but their online complaining site is open for bidding .

    I am Puneet Bharadwaj, resident at 417-C, New Hyderabad, Dr. Baij Nath Road, Lucknow- 226007 and there has been put a garbage disposal big box in front of my house. None of the concerned persons are listening and removing it from in front of my house and there are rats cats and all sorts of animals are roaming around. There are mosquitoes and dirt and foul smell inside my house because pf this. All the concerned persons have been asked to remove this but no one is listening. Get this removed from in front of my house immediately.

      I am a resident of hazratganj in my house. The drains are closed for a long time, but no one comes for cleanliness, it is all over 3 years since it is not cleaned. You are requested that something soon does.

            I am living at 1/28 Rajnikhnad, Sharda Nagar, Lucknow. This is corner house & there is a 30 feet road before Indian Bank which is never been cleaned/swept by Nagar Nigam. As a result a lot of filth & garbage accumulate which is posing serious threat to health & hygiene.

            Please arrange cleaning of road & lifting of garbage regularly.

              The roads here in Vinamra Khand 3 is actually not road.It is just full of potholes, when it rains the water gets filled in these potholes and causes a lot o[censored]nhygienic conditions. This is the condition from from past 1.5-2 years. So i request to repair the road at earliest .
              Moreover what a service by Lucknow Nagar Nigam, It's online complaint site is open for domain sale...

                  I am from Bal Krishna Nagar
                  There is a dog in our area .He is bitting other dogs. Actually the dog is mad.
                  We suspect him of rabies, He was a calm dog was living here since an year, but suddenly he became agressive, started attacking other dogs for no reason...
                  It might harm the people severely. Kindly help as soon as possible.

                      I am complaining about failure of street light

                      Hello Sir, With respect this is to say that Street Light near my house no. 545KA/R391(B384) near Manish fabricator Ram Vihar colony Para Road Lucknow is out of order from the last two days. It's a cross road remains dark and results in inconvenience to passerby and residents of lacality as well. Kindly arrange to get out of working street light attended and rectify the defects. Thanks.                         Dear Sir,

                        For years garbage collection in Triveni Nagar 2 Sitapur Road was done by private contractors whose services were IRREGULAR and they charged Rs 100 per month per house.
                        In July 2021, we were relieved when ECO Green Garbage collection vehicles started their operation and they charged Rs 50 per month and their services were regular.
                        In August Eco Green service was stopped in our area Triveni Nagar 2 and new garbage collection people started coming in rickshaw and now they are charging even higher which is Rs 150 per month per house which is very high.

                        Kindly resume Eco Green services again in Triveni nagar 2 Sitapur road Lucknow.

                          I'm residing in nilmatha (Vijayanagar sector b, inside Gomti dwar). The garbage disposal van is highly irregular with no fixed timing. As a result of which the entire locality has been disposing garbage at the open plot which is attracting only scavengers ( cows, dogs, pigs) and has also become a breeding ground for mosquitoes. Considering the rainy season, I'm sure if nothing is done impromptu then it will lead to dengue outbreak.

                            I would like to draw your attention for your immediate action on unauthorised garbage thrown place at Rifa colony, where main transfer sitted. Image enclosed.
                            Due to this, a bad smell surrounded in atmosphere. We could not open doors and even windows. Worst condition occurred in rainy season.
                            Pls look into this matter urgently and resolve at earliest.

                              The manhole in front of C-729 and C-731, Indira Nagar, Lucknow is overflowing for the past several days. Dirty water is accumulating in front of the houses in this season resulting in bad smell and breeding of mosquitoes.
