My address is 58/3, chandar Nagar, Near Sanjha chulha dhaba.

At the back of my house there are very high jungle plants growing leading to a lot of mosquitos and even the back door of my house cannot be opened.
Also I uv already complained about our neighbours who throw a lot of garbage .pls get our back gali cleaned.

In my colony there are lot of cows moving around and they are totally stray animals. They are sitting all the time in our lane and we are mostly unable to move or cross our lane and they also creating unhygienic atmosphere Most time those animals are aggressive and harm people. Kindly p do something about it and take necessary action against those cows. Kindly catch them.

Recently there has been rise in the number of incidents where monkeys have attacked. Today monkey attacked my family member and snatched food articles that were kept.
This is very repetitive in nature as the plot next to my house is vacant and is full of wild trees that give perfect hiding place for monkeys.
Please immediately do something about.
You action is urgently required..and before the monkeys attack someone else

I live in gomti nagar Vishesh Khand.
The water drainage (naali) in front of my house is not connected to the main sewer . As a result all the water accumulates at one spot resulting in foul smell and attracting insects. This needs to be resolved quickly.

We are working couple and old mother stays at home. Garbage pick man comes at 2.00 pm, therefore many a times garbage is just piled up at home. Because neither they can wait nor they can come in the morning....

I am living in Krishna Vihar colony, Chinhat, Lucknow, here is one plot empty with boundaries next to my home, all persons in this society through garbage over there even government kuda guys threw their garbage on the plot, and there is no employee coming here to take garbage and there is no kuda box facility from the government.

Please do the needful ASAP, lots of germs here and my children's also ill one time due to caterpillar insects.

Sub: Waiving of interest charged on revised rate of tax from FY 2010-11

Dear Sir/Madam

I would like to bring your kind notice that LMC has raised a revised house tax bill through SMS dt.6th July-2021 against the house no. mentioned above for Rs.48743/- which includes an interest amount of Rs.23326.38 over the arrears of tax difference Rs.25416.62 for the period of FY: 2010-11 to 2020-21.

It is submitted that I have been paying my house tax regularly as per actual bill raised by LMC @ 1229.25 since initial assessment including current financial year 2020-21, now LMC has raised revised bill for arrears starting from FY: 2010-11 along with interest first time to me on 6th July-2020-21. It is needless to say that if this bill would have been raised earlier on yearly basis same have been paid by me without any default.

I would like to convey that as I have paid my tax amount up to the current year as per actual bill raised by LMC on regular basis hence charging an interest over the revised tax difference for no default by me is not justified. Moreover a discount of Rs.12473.83 showed on portal but same also not reflecting in final amount to be paid, although that is partial interest part only.

In view of above you are requested to kindly waive the full interest amount and raise the bill for original tax difference which can be paid by me at the earliest, details are as below:

Original tax as per new rate w.e.f. 2010-11 = 12x33375 = 40500.00
Tax already paid as per regular demand raised by LMC 12x1229.25= 14751.00
Net payable arrear[protected] = Rs.25749.00

I live in SGPGIMS Campus, here are 3-4 stray dogs which fight and bark whole night and even enter our premises and poop and vomit. We can't sleep at night at all. We are really irritated and sick of these dogs. They even create trouble while anyone takes their pet for a walk at anytime. Our nights have become hell. Please remove them from here urgently.

I live in indira nagar, sector-10/337.
We are tired of street dogs.
There are atleast 12-15 dogs in lane.
It very hard to cross them and they are a serious threat to kids.
Please look into the matter and get the area clean.
Neither we are able to step out our house at night nor we can sleep peacefully.

The vehicle that collects garbage does not collects in starting they collected then after taking a month's charge they have not turned up yet.. and sometimes they come and just take a round and goes back does not stops or collect garbage

The sewer in front of my house is either jam or blocked due to which we are facing a drainage block issue.

Water likage in the pipe line outside of house no D 2323 Indira Nagar, Lucknow, due to this i am facing problem. kindly get it repaired as soon as early as possible

Please see this issue and resolve immediately, as bad odour is coming continuously.

Sewer is jam.

निवेदन है कि मेरी एक दुकान LG-14, गोयल प्लाजा, संजय गाँधी पुरम, फैजाबाद रोड(से लगभग 50 मीटर दूर) पर है, जो अक्सर बंद रहती है. जिसका कुल क्षेत्रफल 120 वर्ग फुट है, सन 2018-19 में मेरे द्वारा ब्याजमाफी योजना के तहत नगर निगम में रजिस्ट्री की प्रति के साथ ”कर निर्धारण” का अनुरोध किया गया, जो जुलाई 2019 में स्वीकृत कर रु. 1115/- वार्षिक कर निर्धारण के साथ सन 2010 से करारोपण कर रु. 11145/- का बिल दिया गया, जिसका भुगतान मेरे द्वारा 01/08/2019 रसीद संख्या[protected]रु.11351.00) के द्वारा किया गया. तथा अगले वर्ष 2020-21 का भुगतान छूट काटकर रु.1004.00 दिनांक[protected] को किया गया.
दोनों जमा के बाद अवशेष राशि शून्य हो गयी.

वर्ष २०२१-२२ के कर अदायगी के लिए मई २०२१ तक रु. 1115/- अदा करने के SMS फ़ोन पर आये, अचानक दिनांक[protected] को कर राशि को बढ़ाकर 40067/- जमा करने का SMS दिया गया. ऑनलाइन देखने पर ज्ञात हुआ कि मेरे गृह कर को मनमाने तरीके से बढ़ाकर वर्ष २०१० से पुनः लगाकर ब्याज जोड़कर यह बिल बनाया गया है. जिसमे मेरे द्वारा जमा राशि को भी नहीं दर्शाया गया है. पिछली सभी जानकारी खाते से गायब हैं.

अतः महोदय निवेदन है कि इस महामारी के वर्ष में जहां सरकार व् आपका निगम लोगों कि सहायता करने का दावा करता है वहीँ नगर निगम द्वारा बगैर किसी नियम कायदे के मनमाने तरीके से लोगों को आर्थिक व् मानसिक कष्ट पहुंचाने का काम किया जा रहा है, वो भी एक महिला के साथ. इस कारनामे से क्या सरकार की छवि धूमिल नहीं होती है?

महोदय पूरी आशा के साथ मैं यह अनुरोध करता हूँ कि इस तरह का उत्पीडन करने वाले के विरुद्ध आप नियमानुसार कार्यवाही कर मेरे गृहकर को पूर्ववत कराने की कृपा करें. क्योंकि मेरे साथ यह अन्याय व् धोखाधड़ी की गयी है वह भी एक सरकारी संस्था द्वारा.

Road has been blocked in my MMQ colony, Sector Q, Aliganj, Lucknow past 6-7 days besides Tikona due to small tree fallen, Could you please look into this

Garbage truck isn't taking garbage from my home and turns away much before reaching my home. Since this has happened many times, it is troubling us and want you to please take necessary action against them and tell them to stop before each house, so that none house is left.
They take money but don't work properly and are just rushing through the houses and haven't come near my house even once. They only come when it's time for money collection.

street light is Unsrvicible since long time telephonic complaint done but no joy. Request your immediate attention for repairing of street light.

We are residents of Dalibagh officer's colony, Near DGP House, Lucknow-226001. The number of dogs have increased exponentially and have made the life of residents miserable. They have damaged the two-wheeler property of residents and often bite the moving people. Please catch the dogs and rehabilitate them to a different location.
