Lucknow Nagar Nigam — Car Parking In front of Gate and Planting trees on other side

Hello Sir
I have my neighbor Mr and Mrs Verma who have Maruti Ignis numbered UP 32KL6485, started parking in front of my house Gate from last 15 Months. Their car interrupts my car entry and exit permanently. They have planted tress on their side of the road. They are saying that the 15 feet road is their and I can not stand my vehicle on Their 15 feet part of the road.
Sir Mr Verma is working in National Media department, so he is says he had to move day or night. His wife, a teacher abuses with me and my Mother on this matter regularly. So kindly look into the matter.
