Lucknow Nagar Nigam — Dog problem | |||
Dear Sir, I am residant of vikasnagar, lucknow. My neighbour Mr RN Singh has two pet dogs( desi breed), without proper vaccinations and licence. The dogs put their fecal matter (potty) daily 2-3 times per day infront of my main gate. I cleaned up pottyes every day, now I am fed up. The pet owner is not living at lucknow, and he has hired his house on rent. At present he is living at Delhi with his son. I have asked him to remove these dogs from his house, but he ignored it.
