Lucknow Nagar Nigam — Door to Door garbage collection not made available for the residents of our locality

I am a resident of 143/95, Nimatullah building, Near State Bank of India, Aminabad, Lucknow. Earlier garbage was being collected from my house located at the above mentioned address, but they stopped the door to door garbage collection before lockdown, although they are collecting garbage from some houses in our locality but not from all the houses, which includes my house. I have spoken to them two times regarding collection of garbage from my house and did agree to collect it but till date they have not come to collect the garbage.
It is requested to the authorities to take a look into this matter and tale immediate action as it is causing a lot of problems in our locality, .
