Lucknow Nagar Nigam — Drainage issue

Sir,
I am permanent resident of K.No. 964 (Pt 4) house id 9157C31546, zone 5 ward Sarojani nagar 2nd (113), Manas nagar, Lucknow and suffering from drainage issue for a long time. The drain has been cleaned by the nagar nigam, ward 5 but due to blockage and mis management of drain, the dirty water is all over the road due to which i fear for the well being of my family and neighbours as it may cause many diseases. The right of clean drainage has been given by the Hon’ble Constitution of India at article 21. Therefore, it appears the violation of our basic right. Therefore it is requested to take proper action which you may deemed fit. I shall be highly obliged.
