Sir, There is illegal parking opposite awadh city centre cinepolis shaheed path chinhut. Parking owner is abusing and threatening physically to collect parking charges. Gundaraaj at peak in lucknow. As a citizen of lucknow, i will pay the fees which is charged by lucknow nagar nigam but i am not sure this is legal parking since i was not given any slip.
