Food prices are extremely high, especially for an area like Uppal (DSL Mall branch). On top of that, the quantity served is very low—barely half the box. The staff member told me she would serve the food at my seat, but even then, the portion provided was only half, despite charging the full price. Your prices are already high for the common customer, and serving such small portions makes it feel like customers are being taken for granted.I...

I'm writing after waiting for 5 days for my refund.

I booked 2 tickets for F1 THE MOVIE (ENGLISH) but as soon as I reached the theatre I was told by the theatre staff that the screening has been cancelled to due a content error and my refund would be auto-processed. Ive been checking but still there's no refund credited. This is highly unprofessional and rude.

I booked 2 tickets through Cinepolis App. The amount was deducted through upi but the tickets showed failure. When talked to the branch manager about this, he casually said to just email and he can't do anything about it. So i emailed them. It's been almost a week and I have still not received my money back.
