Lucknow Nagar Nigam — garbage not picked up

I am a resident of 628/s-35 shakti nagar indra nagar lucknow. Nagar nigam has appointed eco green for door to door garbage picking facility but they have made it aregular practice for not picking garbage for over 10 days in a stretch. I am very disappointed and don’t understand why nagar nigam is not taking any action against them. Moreover the customer care that is shown on net is out of order. There is no way u can contact them to resolve the situation. And yet their employees come every month to collect the fees.
